FIXING APPARATUS FOR MOLD PANEL
Disclosed is a mold fixing device. According to the present invention, the mold fixing device fixing a mold used to form an upper wall in the upper part of a lower wall includes: a lower assembly fixed to a side of the lower wall; an upper assembly directly or indirectly supporting the mold and coupled to the upper side of the lower assembly; and a coupling bracket coupled to the lower assembly. The coupling bracket includes: a horizontal unit formed in a horizontal direction and supporting a lower end of the mold; a vertical unit formed in a vertical direction and attached to the side of the lower wall; and an insertion unit located on the upper side of the vertical unit and having an insertion space in which a blocking plate is inserted, wherein the insertion space is separated from the lower wall and the insertion unit forms a side bent downwards at an end of the horizontal unit. According to the present invention, the mold used to form the upper wall is supported by the coupling bracket, and the coupling bracket includes the insertion unit. So, the mold fixing device can prevent a failure or a problem which may occur when the upper wall is formed even if the height of the upper surface of the lower wall is uneven.
거푸집 고정장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 거푸집 고정장치는, 하부벽 위쪽에 상부벽을 형성하기 위해 사용되는 거푸집을 고정하는 거푸집 고정장치에 있어서, 하부벽 측면에 고정되는 하부조립체; 하부조립체 상측에 결합되고 거푸집을 직접 또는 간접적으로 지지하는 상부조립체; 및 하부조립체에 결합되는 결합브라켓을 포함하고, 결합브라켓은, 수평방향으로 형성되어 상기 거푸집의 하단을 지지하는 수평부; 수직방향으로 형성되어 하부벽의 측면에 밀착되는 수직부; 및 수평부의 단부에서 하측으로 꺽이는 면을 이루고 수직부 상측에 위치하며, 하부벽과 이격되면서 가림판이 삽입되는 삽입공간을 형성하는 삽입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 상부벽을 형성하는데 사용되는 거푸집이 결합브라켓에 의해 지지되도록 하면서 결합브라켓에 삽입부가 구비되도록 하여, 하부벽의 상부면의 높이가 균일하지 못한 경우에도 상부벽 형성시 발생할 수 있는 불량 내지는 곤란을 방지할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a mold fixing device. 거푸집 고정장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 거푸집 고정장치는, 하부벽 위쪽에 상부벽을 형성하기 위해 사용되는 거푸집을 고정하는 거푸집 고정장치에 있어서, 하부벽 측면에 고정되는 하부조립체; 하부조립체 상측에 결합되고 거푸집을 직접 또는 간접적으로 지지하는 상부조립체; 및 하부조립체에 결합되는 결합브라켓을 포함하고, 결합브라켓은, 수평방향으로 형성되어 상기 거푸집의 하단을 지지하는 수평부; 수직방향으로 형성되어 하부벽의 측면에 밀착되는 수직부; 및 수평부의 단부에서 하측으로 꺽이는 면을 이루고 수직부 상측에 위치하며, 하부벽과 이격되면서 가림판이 삽입되는 삽입공간을 형성하는 삽입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 상부벽을 형성하는데 사용되는 거푸집이 결합브라켓에 의해 지지되도록 하면서 결합브라켓에 삽입부가 구비되도록 하여, 하부벽의 상부면의 높이가 균일하지 못한 경우에도 상부벽 형성시 발생할 수 있는 불량 내지는 곤란을 방지할 수 있다.
