THERMOSTATIC WATER SUPPLY DEVICE AND WATER SUPPLY CONTROL METHOD
The present invention relates to a water supply device which can supply water by controlling temperature of the water automatically according to temperature set by a user by controlling the amount of cold water and hot water supplied. More specifically, disclosed is a technical field as to an automatic thermostatic water supply device and a water supply control method thereof which can reduce waste of water since the device is operated by sensing presence of a user, can control temperature of mixed water by controlling the amount of cold water and hot water supplied using a cold water valve and a hot water valve, can supply water at a proper temperature always since the device starts to supply water in case the temperature of the mixed water is at the temperature set by the user by comparing the temperature of the mixed water with the temperature set by the user, and can be used simply and rapidly by controlling the temperature of the mixed water in advance by memorizing a use time zone of the user and the temperature set by the user. In addition, the present invention has the effect of being able to prevent a danger of burn since the user does not touch the water on the skin directly to control the temperature of the water and also to save time to control the temperature of the water; has the effect of saving the water since water supply is interrupted if the user is not detected even though the user does not end the water supply directly; has the effect of being able to use the device simply and rapidly by controlling the temperature of the mixed water in advance by memorizing the temperature set by the user and the use time zone of the user; and can obtain the effect of enabling users to use the water supply device in a pleasant environment using a lighting function and a music broadcasting function.
본 발명은 냉수 및 온수의 공급량을 제어하여 사용자가 설정한 온도로 물의 온도를 자동으로 조절하여 급수할 수 있도록 하는 급수장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 사용자의 유무를 감지하여 작동되기 때문에 물의 낭비를 줄일 수 있고, 냉수밸브와 온수밸브를 이용하여 냉수 및 온수의 공급량을 제어함으로써 혼합수의 온도를 자동으로 조절할 수 있으며, 혼합수의 온도와 사용자가 설정한 온도를 비교하여 혼합수의 온도가 사용자가 설정한 온도에 도달할 경우 급수를 개시하기 때문에 항상 적정온도의 물을 사용자에게 공급할 수 있는 한편, 사용자가 설정한 온도와 사용자의 사용 시간대를 기억하여 미리 혼합수의 온도를 조절함으로써 간편하고 신속하게 사용가능한 자동 온도 조절 급수장치 및 급수 제어방법에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다. 또한 본 발명은 사용자가 직접 피부에 물을 접촉하여 온도를 조절하지 않기 때문에 화상의 위험을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 물의 온도를 조절하는 시간을 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있고, 사용자가 직접 급수를 종료시키지 않아도 사용자가 감지되지 않으면 급수가 종료되어 물을 절약할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 사용자가 설정한 온도와 사용자의 사용 시간대를 기억하여 미리 혼합수의 온도를 조절함으로써 간편하고 신속하게 사용 가능한 효과가 있는 한편, 별도의 조명 기능과 음악방송 기능을 이용하여 쾌적하게 사용할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
