HANOK ROOF TILE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND METHOD
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure and method for installing roof tiles of a traditional Korean-style house capable of installing the roof tiles with a dry construction method which putty, quicklime, roof mud, paste mud, and the like are not necessary by using a ridge statue or a gable ridge statue. To achieve the same, the structure for installing the roof tiles of the traditional Korean-style house includes: the ridge statue wherein upper and lower members are interlocked; a female roof tile fixated and installed in a lateral surface of the lower member of the ridge statue; a male roof tile arranged on the female roof tile; a covering piece installed on the top of the lower member and the male roof tile; a decorative piece installed to cover the upper member of the ridge statue; a female decking roof tile fixated and installed on the decorative piece; and a male decking roof tile fixated and installed on the female decking roof tile in a longitudinal direction. In addition, to achieve the same, the method for installing the roof tiles of the traditional Korean-style house includes: a step of installing the ridge statue wherein the upper and lower members are interlocked; a step of installing the female roof tile in the lateral surface of the lower member of the ridge statue; a step of installing the male roof tile on the female roof tile; a step of installing the covering piece on the top of the lower member and the male roof tile; a step of installing the decorative piece into a form covering the upper member of the ridge statue; a step of installing the female decking roof tile on the decorative piece; and a step of installing the male decking roof tile on the female decking roof tile.
본 발명은 용마루상이나 내림마루상을 이용하여 보토, 강회, 알매흙, 홍두께흙 등이 필요없는 건식구조로 쉽게 기와를 조립할 수 있도록 한 한옥 기와 설치 구조 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 한옥 기와 설치구조는 상부재와 하부재가 결구맞춤으로 구성되는 용마루상; 상기 용마루상의 하부재의 측면에 고정 설치되는 암기와; 상기 암기와 상에 배치되는 숫기와; 상기 하부재의 상부와 숫기와 상에 걸쳐 설치되는 착고; 상기 용마루상의 상부재를 감싸는 형태로 설치되는 부고; 상기 부고 상부에 걸쳐서 고정 설치되는 암마룻장기와; 상기 암마룻장기와 상에 길이방향으로 고정 설치되는 숫마룻장기와로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 한옥 기와 설치방법은 상부재와 하부재가 결구맞춤으로 구성되는 용마루상을 설치하는 단계; 상기 용마루상의 하부재의 측면에 암기와를 설치하는 단계; 상기 암기와 상에 숫기와를 설치하는 단계; 상기 하부재의 상부와 숫기와 상에 걸쳐 착고를 설치하는 단계; 상기 용마루상의 상부재를 감싸는 형태로 부고를 설치하는 단계; 상기 부고 상부에 걸쳐서 암마룻장기와를 설치하는 단계; 상기 암마룻장기와 상에 길이방향으로 숫마룻장기와를 설치하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
