In a crushing apparatus installed in a waterway, a conventional crushing apparatus has a screen stacked with screen bars having a horizontal shape, so that a problem that the screen is deformed by bending gradually generated by a self-weight of the screen bar exists. Therefore, the present invention has a purpose to suppress screen deformation due to the bending of the screen bar in the crushing apparatus installed in the waterway. To solve the problem, the crushing apparatus provided includes: a screen for collecting an impurity in water to be treated; a crushing unit for crushing the impurity; and a scraping unit for scraping the impurity collected by the screen to the crushing unit, wherein the screen has a panel member having a slit formed in the approximately horizontal direction and a collecting portion formed at upper and lower parts of the slit to collect the impurity. Therefore, the bending due to the screen bar is able to be suppressed.
수로에 설치되는 파쇄장치에 있어서, 종래의 파쇄장치에서는, 수평형상의 스크린바를 적층하여 스크린을 구성하고 있기 때문에, 스크린바의 자중에 의하여 서서히 휨이 발생하여, 스크린이 변형된다는 과제가 있다. 이로 인하여, 본 발명은, 수로에 설치하는 파쇄장치에 있어서, 스크린바의 휨에 의한 스크린의 변형을 억제하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여, 피처리수 중의 협잡물을 포집하는 스크린과, 상기 협잡물을 파쇄하는 파쇄부와, 상기 스크린으로 포집된 상기 협잡물을 상기 파쇄부로 스크레이핑하는 스크레이핑부를 구비한 파쇄장치에 있어서, 상기 스크린은, 대략 수평방향으로 형성된 슬릿, 및 상기 슬릿의 상부 및 하방에 형성되어, 상기 협잡물을 포집하는 포집부를 구비한 판부재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄장치를 제공한다. 이로써, 스크린바에 의한 휨을 억제할 수 있다.
