The present invention relates to a light emitting fence installed around a building, a park, or a road, and more specifically, to a fence having a light emitting function which facilitates installation of a solar cell and a control unit and disassembly work, protects the solar cell from the outside to extend use life, and emits light to easily identify a fence to prevent an accident involving a child, a disabled person, or a vehicle. The fence having a light emitting function comprises: posts fixed and installed on the ground and arranged at regular intervals; and support bars connected and installed between the posts. The fence having a light emitting function further comprises: a transparent cover mounted and installed on an upper portion of the support bars in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of solar cells inserted and installed in the support bars in the longitudinal direction; a control unit inserted and installed in the posts in the vertical longitudinal direction and provided with a storage battery, a timer, etc.; and a light emitting unit positioned in the middle between the posts, on which a plurality of light emitting lamps are installed.
본 발명은 건물이나 공원의 주변 또는 도로변에 설치되는 발광 펜스(fence)에 관한 기술로서, 태양전지와 컨트롤부의 설치 및 분해작업이 용이하고, 태양전지를 외부로부터 보호하여 사용 수명을 연장할 뿐만 아니라 야간에 빛을 발하여 펜스를 쉽게 식별할 수 있으므로 어린아이나 장애인 또는 차량의 안전사고를 방지하는 발광 기능을 갖는 펜스에 관한 기술이다. 이러한 본 발명의 주요 구성은 지면에 고정 설치되고, 일정한 간격으로 위치하는 포스트와, 상기 포스트 사이에 연결 설치되는 지지바로 구성된 펜스에 있어서, 상기 지지바의 상부에 길이 방향으로 결합 설치되는 투명 커버; 상기 지지바에 길이 방향으로 끼워져 설치되는 다수의 태양전지; 상기 포스트에 상하 길이 방향으로 끼워져 설치되고, 축전지와 타이머 등으로 구성된 컨트롤부; 및 상기 포스트 사이의 중앙부에 위치하고, 다수의 발광램프가 설치된 발광부;를 포함하여 구현된다.
