CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR DURABILITY INCREASE
The present invention relates to a cement admixture and a cement composition having the cement admixture. The cement composition according to the present invention reinforces strength of a cement structure when durability declines after predetermined time passes from hydration of cement. In other words, an aluminosilicate mineral in the cement composition again improves the durability by forming a Si-Al network through polymer reaction when a calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) gel is destroyed due to degradation of the cement. The cement admixture includes: an aluminosilicate mineral; a sulfate substance; calcium sulfo-aluminate (CSA) or calcium aluminate (CA); a basic hydroxide substance; and a sodium potassium silicate mineral.
본 발명은 시멘트 혼합재 및 이 혼합재를 포함하는 시멘트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 조성물은 시멘트가 수화된 후 일정 시간이 경과하여 내구성이 저하되는 시점에 작용하여 시멘트 구조물의 강도를 보강한다. 즉, 시멘트 조성물 내 알루미노실리케이트 광물은 시멘트가 열화되어 CSH겔이 파괴되는 시점에 폴리머 반응을 통해 Si-Al 네트워크를 형성함으로써 내구성을 다시 강화시킨다.

The present invention relates to a cement admixture and a cement composition having the cement admixture. 본 발명은 시멘트 혼합재 및 이 혼합재를 포함하는 시멘트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 시멘트 조성물은 시멘트가 수화된 후 일정 시간이 경과하여 내구성이 저하되는 시점에 작용하여 시멘트 구조물의 강도를 보강한다. 즉, 시멘트 조성물 내 알루미노실리케이트 광물은 시멘트가 열화되어 CSH겔이 파괴되는 시점에 폴리머 반응을 통해 Si-Al 네트워크를 형성함으로써 내구성을 다시 강화시킨다.
