APARTMENT HOUSE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS SYSTEM USING LADDERS
The present invention relates to an apartment house disaster preparedness system using a ladder and, more specifically, to an apartment house disaster preparedness system which comprises: a main body unit which includes a housing of being installed in each floor of an apartment house and in a space between floors and an evacuation ladder of connecting floors connected in the vertical direction of the apartment house when being unfolded by being installed in the housing; a door unit which includes an upper door of being installed in the upper part of the housing, a lower door of being installed in the lower part of the housing, and a first lock module of locking open parts of the upper and lower doors usually; a control unit which includes a communication module of transmitting the state information of the evacuation ladder and controls the first lock module; and a user terminal unit which receives and delivers the state information of the evacuation ladder transmitted from the control unit. The present invention is able to: prevent the invasion of privacy as the control unit controls the first lock module which limits the opening of the upper and lower doors; and check the use state information of the evacuation ladder through the user terminal unit by transmitting the state information of the evacuation ladder and the opening state information of the upper and lower doors to the user terminal unit.
본 발명은 사다리를 이용한 공동주택 재난 대비 시스템에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 공동주택의 각 층과 층 사이에 설치되는 하우징 및 상기 하우징에 설치되며 전개시 상기 공동주택의 상하로 연속하는 층을 연결하는 피난 사다리가 포함되는 본체부; 상기 하우징의 상부에 설치되는 상부도어, 상기 하우징의 하부에 설치되는 하부도어 및 평상시 상기 상부도어 및 하부도어의 개방을 잠금하는 제1락모듈이 포함되는 도어부; 상기 피난 사다리의 상태 정보를 전송하는 통신모듈이 포함되며, 상기 제1락모듈을 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부에서 전송되는 피난 사다리의 상태 정보를 수신하여 전달하는 사용자 단말부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 상부도어 및 하부도어의 개방을 제한하는 제1락모듈이 제어부에 의해 제어되도록 함으로써 사생활 침해를 방지할 수 있고, 피난 사다리의 상태 정보 및 상부도어와 하부도어의 개방 상태 정보가 사용자 단말부로 전송되도록 함으로써, 피난 사다리의 사용 상태 정보를 사용자 단말부로 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 사다리를 이용한 공동주택 재난 대비 시스템에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 공동주택의 각 층과 층 사이에 설치되는 하우징 및 상기 하우징에 설치되며 전개시 상기 공동주택의 상하로 연속하는 층을 연결하는 피난 사다리가 포함되는 본체부; 상기 하우징의 상부에 설치되는 상부도어, 상기 하우징의 하부에 설치되는 하부도어 및 평상시 상기 상부도어 및 하부도어의 개방을 잠금하는 제1락모듈이 포함되는 도어부; 상기 피난 사다리의 상태 정보를 전송하는 통신모듈이 포함되며, 상기 제1락모듈을 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 제어부에서 전송되는 피난 사다리의 상태 정보를 수신하여 전달하는 사용자 단말부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 상부도어 및 하부도어의 개방을 제한하는 제1락모듈이 제어부에 의해 제어되도록 함으로써 사생활 침해를 방지할 수 있고, 피난 사다리의 상태 정보 및 상부도어와 하부도어의 개방 상태 정보가 사용자 단말부로 전송되도록 함으로써, 피난 사다리의 사용 상태 정보를 사용자 단말부로 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
