The present invention relates to a rotational and flexible leader device and a boring device including the same. The present invention includes: a connection member connected with a hydro crane; a rotor installed in the connection member; a rotational combination part combining the rotor to enable the rotor to rotate around a vertical axis to the connection member; a rotation limiting part allowing and limiting the rotation of the rotor from the connection member; a flexible leader placed to be extended from the rotor vertically downward, and of which vertical length is controlled; an operating head guided to be vertically slid towards the flexible leader to elevate from the rotor; and an auger extended from the operating head vertically downward, and rotated by the operation of the operating head to perform boring. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of enabling the auger to rotate with the vertical leader, making the vertical leader flexible, and making a large diameter hole under a pedestrian overpass or high voltage line in the city center, a national highway, an expressway, and a paved road, which are difficult for a boring machine to enter, as well as quickly and easily performing boring work by being easily applied to various environments in construction sites, and enabling accurate and high quality boring work by guiding the large diameter hole.
본 발명은 하이드로크레인에 연결되는 연결재; 상기 연결재에 설치되는 회전체; 상기 회전체가 상기 연결재로부터 수직을 이루는 축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되도록 하는 회전결합부; 상기 연결재로부터 상기 회전체의 회전을 허용 및 제한하는 회전제한부; 상기 회전체로부터 수직 하방으로 연장되도록 마련되고, 상하 길이가 조절되는 신축리더; 상기 신축리더에 상하로 슬라이딩 가능하게 가이드되어, 상기 회전체로부터 승강하도록 설치되는 작동헤드; 및 상기 작동헤드로부터 수직 하방으로 연장되도록 마련되고, 상기 작동헤드의 동작에 의해 회전하여 천공을 수행하는 오거;를 포함하는 회전 및 신축형 리더장치와 이를 가지는 천공장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 오거가 수직리더와 함께 회전이 가능하도록 하고, 수직리더의 신축이 가능하도록 하며, 이로 인해 천공장치의 진입이 어려운 포장도로, 고속도로, 국도, 도심에서의 고압선 하단, 육교 아래 등에서 대구경 천공을 가능하도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 건설 현장의 다양한 환경에 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 하여 천공작업을 신속하면서도 용이하게 수행하도록 하며, 대구경 천공이 가이드되도록 하여 정확하면서도 고품질의 천공작업이 이루어질 수 있다.
