The present invention relates to a floor panel for apartment buildings, comprising: a concrete slab layer partitioning a building into an upper layer and a bottom layer; a film layer arranged on an upper surface and an inner wall surface of the concrete slab layer; a lower heat storage layer disposed on an upper portion of the film layer, having a heat conduction medium for absorbing and storing heat internally; a lower sound-absorbing material disposed on an upper portion of the lower heat storage layer; a lower insulator arranged on an upper portion of the lower sound-absorbing material, preventing heat from moving; a shock-absorbing material arranged on an upper portion of the lower insulator and formed in a trapezoidal shape wherein the trapezoidal shapes are disposed sequentially in a horizontal direction; an upper insulator arranged on an upper portion of the shock-absorbing material, preventing heat from moving; an upper sound-absorbing material arranged on an upper portion of the upper insulator; a horizontal metal plate arranged on the upper sound-absorbing material, having protrusions wherein the protrusions are disposed on an upper portion and with a predetermined interval to each other; a mortar layer arranged on an upper portion of the metal layer, having a floor heating pipe arranged therein; a finish layer arranged on an upper portion of the mortar layer; and a heat supply unit having a heat supply line arranged along a wall surface of the concrete slab layer, a thermal line of which one side is connected to the heat supply line and an other side connected to the horizontal metal plate, and a control unit connected to an opposite side of the heat supply line. According to the present invention, the floor panels for apartment buildings have an effect of facilitating the transmission of heat to the inside thereof using the lower insulator, the upper insulator, and the horizontal metal plate; thereby reducing heating costs.
본 발명은 공동주택의 건축용 바닥패널에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 상층과 하층을 분리구획하는 콘크리트 슬라브층; 상기 콘크리트 슬라브층의 상면과 내부 벽면에 장착되는 필름층; 상기 필름층의 상부에 장착되고 내부에는 열을 흡입 및 저장하는 열전도 매체가 장착되는 하부 열 저장층; 상기 하부 열 저장층의 상부에 장착되고 소리를 흡수하는 하부 흡음재; 상기 하부 흡음재의 상부에 장착되고 열의 이동을 차단하는 하부 단열재; 상기 하부 단열재의 상부에 장착되고 수평방향으로 연속 사다리꼴 형상이 형성되는 충격 완충재; 상기 충격 완충재의 상부에 장착되고 열의 이동을 차단하는 상부 단열재; 상기 상부 단열재의 상부에 장착되는 상부 흡음재; 상기 상부 흡음재의 상부에 장착되고 상부에는 간격을 두고 고정돌기가 돌출형성되는 수평 금속판; 상기 수평 금속판의 상부에 장착되고 내부에는 온돌배관이 장착되는 모르타르층; 상기 모르타르층의 상부에 장착되는 마감층; 상기 콘크리트 슬라브층의 벽면을 따라 장착되는 열 공급선과 일 측이 열 공급선에 연결되고 반대 측이 수평 금속판에 연결되는 열선 및 상기 열 공급선의 반대 측에 연결되는 제어부로 구성되는 열 공급부;를 포함하여 이루어질 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 하부 단열재와 상부 단열재 및 수평 금속판을 통해 실내로 온기를 원활하게 전달할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 그에 따른 난방비용을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
