WATER METER CASE COVER WITH HEAT INSULATED STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a water meter case cover with a heat insulated structure for freeze-burst protection. The water meter case cover (1) with the heat insulated structure for freeze-burst protection, comprises: a skirt (1a) of a predetermined length which is formed integrally by bending the edge and has arc-shaped right and left ends; a transparent window (2) which has a convex lens formed at one side and is mounted at a central portion of the cover (1); and a first flat surface (1b) to a fourth flat surface (1e) which are made of a galvanized steel sheet having a thickness of at least 3mm, are stamped into a multistage surface structure and are mounted on an upper portion of a water meter case (A), wherein heat insulating materials (6) which have an upper insulating material (6a), a middle insulating material (6b) and a lower insulating material (6c) are laminated and mounted inside the skirt (1a), thereby enduring high load by stamping the galvanized steel sheet in multiple stages, enabling a worker to see the inside by expanding the inside of the water meter case even though the cover is not opened, drying and sterilizing the inside of the water meter case by transmitting and collecting light to the inside of the water meter case, and preventing freezing of a water meter in winter by triply mounting the heat insulating materials under the cover.
본 발명은 수량계보호통 뚜껑에 관한 것으로, 좌우 양단이 원호로 이루어지며 테두리를 절곡하여 일정 길이의 스커트(1a)가 일체로 형성되고, 뚜껑(1)의 중앙부에 일측이 볼록한 렌즈가 형성된 투명창(2)이 장착되며, 적어도 3mm의 두께를 가지는 아연도 강판을 제1평탄면(1b) 내지 제4평탄면(1e)을 가지는 다단면의 구조로 압인하여 이루어지는 수량계보호통(A)의 상부에 장착되는 뚜껑(1)에 있어서, 상기 스커트(1a)의 내측에는 상부보온재(6a)와 중간보온재(6b) 및 하부보온재(6c)를 포함하여 이루어지는 보온재(6)를 적충시켜 장착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열구조를 구비하는 수량계보호통 뚜껑에 관한 것으로, 아연도 강판을 다단으로 압인하여 높은 하중을 부담하면서, 사용자가 커버를 개방하지 않고도 수량계보호통 내부를 확대하여 투시해 볼 수 있고, 수량계보호통 내부로 햇빛을 투과시키고 집광시킴으로써 수량계보호통 내부의 건조와 살균을 도모할 수 있으며, 뚜껑의 하부에 3중의 보온재를 설치하여 동절기 수량계 동파를 방지하는 현저한 작용효과가 발생되도록 하는 발명이다.
