SHIELD PLATE HAVING PROTECTION OOF OVERSPEED
The present invention relates to a wash board with overspeed prevention features, and the purpose of the present invention is as follows. The wash board is installed on an entrance of underground facilities, and is normally used as a floor surface, but is constructed to automatically block water by standing a plate only when blocking water is required. Accordingly, the wash board should not artificially be installed. Also, anyone can easily and rapidly operate an actuator to block water when water should be blocked. In addition, another purpose of the present invention is as follows. A speed bump is formed on an upwardly exposed surface of the plate which is installed on an entrance of underground facilities. Accordingly, when the plate is not used for blocking water, vehicles, which come in and out of the underground facilities by passing though the plate, may avoid accidents that may be caused by overspeed. Furthermore, the other purpose of the present is as follows. The plate is constructed to be operated by utilizing a tilting device including a double joint link and a cylinder. Accordingly, operation is easy, and maintenance is easily and rapidly carried out because of a simple structure. In order to achieve these purposes, the wash board in accordance with the present invention, comprises a plate (100) including a speed bump (110) on one surface and a weather strip on the other surface; and a tilting device (200) whish is mounted on the plate (100). In regards to this, the tilting device (200) includes: a double joint link (210) mounted between the ground on which the wash board is installed and the plate (100) to be able to rotate both sides thereof; and a cylinder (220) mounted on a connecting part of the double joint link (210) to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 지하 시설 등의 입구에 설치하여 평상시에는 바닥 면으로 사용하고, 물막이가 필요할 때에만 플레이트를 세워서 자동으로 물막이 작용을 할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 물막이 판을 인위적으로 설치하지 않아도 되고 차수가 필요할 때에 누구든지 쉽고 신속하게 액추에이터를 작동하여 물막이 기능을 할 수 있게 한 과속 방지 기능을 가진 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 이처럼 지하 시설의 입구 등에 설치하는 플레이트에서 위로 노출하는 면에 과속방지턱을 형성함으로써, 물막이로 이용하지 않을 때에는 이 플레이트를 통해 지하시설로 드나드는 자동차가 과속 등으로 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있게 한 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 2절 링크와 실린더를 포함하는 틸팅 장치를 이용하여 플레이트를 작동시킬 수 있게 구성함으로써, 구조가 간단하여 쉽게 조작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 쉽고 신속하게 유지 보수를 할 수 있게 한 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.

The present invention relates to a wash board with overspeed prevention features, and the purpose of the present invention is as follows. The wash board is installed on an entrance of underground facilities, and is normally used as a floor surface, but is constructed to automatically block water by standing a plate only when blocking water is required. Accordingly, the wash board should not artificially be installed. Also, anyone can easily and rapidly operate an actuator to block water when water should be blocked. In addition, another purpose of the present invention is as follows. A speed bump is formed on an upwardly exposed surface of the plate which is installed on an entrance of underground facilities. Accordingly, when the plate is not used for blocking water, vehicles, which come in and out of the underground facilities by passing though the plate, may avoid accidents that may be caused by overspeed. Furthermore, the other purpose of the present is as follows. The plate is constructed to be operated by utilizing a tilting device including a double joint link and a cylinder. Accordingly, operation is easy, and maintenance is easily and rapidly carried out because of a simple structure. In order to achieve these purposes, the wash board in accordance with the present invention, comprises a plate (100) including a speed bump (110) on one surface and a weather strip on the other surface; and a tilting device (200) whish is mounted on the plate (100). In regards to this, the tilting device (200) includes: a double joint link (210) mounted between the ground on which the wash board is installed and the plate (100) to be able to rotate both sides thereof; and a cylinder (220) mounted on a connecting part of the double joint link (210) to be able to rotate.
본 발명은 지하 시설 등의 입구에 설치하여 평상시에는 바닥 면으로 사용하고, 물막이가 필요할 때에만 플레이트를 세워서 자동으로 물막이 작용을 할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 물막이 판을 인위적으로 설치하지 않아도 되고 차수가 필요할 때에 누구든지 쉽고 신속하게 액추에이터를 작동하여 물막이 기능을 할 수 있게 한 과속 방지 기능을 가진 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 이처럼 지하 시설의 입구 등에 설치하는 플레이트에서 위로 노출하는 면에 과속방지턱을 형성함으로써, 물막이로 이용하지 않을 때에는 이 플레이트를 통해 지하시설로 드나드는 자동차가 과속 등으로 발생할 수 있는 안전사고를 방지할 수 있게 한 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 2절 링크와 실린더를 포함하는 틸팅 장치를 이용하여 플레이트를 작동시킬 수 있게 구성함으로써, 구조가 간단하여 쉽게 조작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 쉽고 신속하게 유지 보수를 할 수 있게 한 물막이 판을 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
