JET-GROUTING METHOD FOR SOFT GROUND IMPROVEMENT
The present invention relates to a jet grouting method for ground improvement (PSMG), and the purposes of the present invention are to increase a ground improvement range by improving liquidity of a ground conditioner, cutting and collapsing the ground using an extra-high pressure jet and a rotary type extended injection arm, and simultaneously closely filling a gap with the ground conditioner, and to improve (reinforce) the ground for increasing a ground improvement range for expressing predetermined strength in a short time. The jet grouting method for ground improvement, comprises: a step of punching the ground up to a planned depth by injecting high pressure construction water into the rotary type extended arm; and a step of reinforcing the ground, wherein a consolidated body is formed in the ground by injecting an environment-friendly ground conditioner with high pressure into the rotary type extended injection arm, and rotating, drawing, and raising the rotary type extended injection arm. In regards to this, the rotary type extended injection arm includes: an injection body which is coupled to a rod and has a penetrated injection hole, wherein first and second nozzles communicating with the injection hole are formed in different locations; a piston part which is installed and inserted into the injection hole of the injection body, and moves along the injection hole; an injection arm which is connected by the piston part and a hinge shaft, and forms a third nozzle that externally spouts a ground conditioner or construction water supplied into the injection hole; and a connecting tube which connects an inflow hole of the piston part and the third nozzle of the injection arm.
본 발명은 지반개량용 제트그라우팅 공법(PSMG)에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 지반개량재의 유동성을 높이고, 초고압의 제트(JET) 및 회전식 확장주입암을 이용해서 지반을 절삭 붕괴시킴과 동시에 간극에 지반개량재가 치밀하게 충진되도록 하여, 지반 개량범위를 증대시키고, 단기간내에 소정 강도를 발현할 수 있도록 지반을 개량(보강)하는 것이다. 본 발명은 회전식 확장주입암내로 고압 착공수를 주입하여 계획 심도까지 지반을 천공하는 천공단계; 회전식 확장주입암내로 친환경 지반개량재를 고압주입하면서 회전식 확장주입암을 회전 및 인발상승시켜 지반내에 고결체를 형성하는 지반보강단계;를 포함하되, 상기 회전식 확장주입암은 로드에 체결되고 내부에 주입홀이 관통형성되며, 상기 주입홀과 연통되는 제1,2노즐이 서로 다른 위치에 형성된 주입몸체와, 상기 주입몸체의 주입홀내로 삽입설치되어 주입홀을 따라 이동되는 피스톤부와, 상기 피스톤부와 힌지축에 의해 연결되고 주입홀내로 공급된 기반개량재 또는 착공수를 외부로 분출하는 제3노즐이 형성된 주입암과, 피스톤부의 유입홀과 주입암의 제3노즐을 연결하는 연결관을 포함하도록 되어 있다.
