The present invention relates to a wall structure using an insulation panel, which improves the hardness of an assembly part, improves fire protecting performance, facilitates repair and separation operations, and is able to perform functions of advertisement, decoration, or illumination. The wall structure using an insulation panel according to the present invention includes an insulation material and a plurality of insulation panels individually having a metal plate formed to surround the insulation material. Each of the insulation panels has a protruding unit formed in one lateral side part and a groove unit formed in the other lateral side part by bending the metal plate. The protruding unit includes a first uneven side formed by bending the metal plate and an assembly protrusion formed to protrude in a lateral direction by bending the first uneven side. The groove unit includes: a second uneven side which is formed by bending the metal plate in order to have the same plane as the first uneven side; and an assembly groove which is formed to have a concave shape in the lateral direction in order to correspond to the assembly protrusion in the lower side of the second uneven side. The assembly protrusion of a first insulation panel between adjacent first and second insulation panels is inserted into the assembly groove of the second insulation panel. The first uneven side of the first insulation panel and the second uneven side of the second insulation panel are in contact with each other and form a wall by assembling the plurality of insulation panels in a way of forming an assembly side having the same plane.
본 발명은 단열패널을 이용한 벽체구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 단열패널을 이용한 벽체구조는, 단열재와 상기 단열재를 감싸도록 형성된 금속판재를 각각 구비하는 복수의 단열패널들을 포함하고, 상기 복수의 단열패널들 각각은 상기 금속판재를 절곡시킴에 의해 일측면부에 형성되는 돌출부와 타측면부에 형성되는 홈부를 가지며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 금속판재가 절곡되어 형성된 제1단차면과, 상기 제1단차면에서 절곡되어 측방향으로 돌출되도록 형성된 조립돌기를 구비하고, 상기 홈부는 상기 제1단차면과 동일평면을 가지도록 상기 금속판재가 절곡되어 형성된 제2단차면과, 상기 제2단차면의 하측에 상기 조립돌기와 상호 대응하도록 측방향으로 오목하게 형성되는 조립홈을 구비하며, 서로 인접된 제1 및 제2 단열패널중 제1단열패널의 조립돌기가 제2단열패널의 조립홈에 삽입되고, 상기 제1단열패널의 제1단차면과 상기 제2단열패널의 제2단차면은 서로 접촉되어 동일평면인 조립면을 형성하는 방식으로 복수의 단열패널들이 조립되어 벽체를 구성한다.
