CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR TUNNEL USING CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE
The present invention relates to a construction method of a corrugated steel tunnel, capable of providing firm coupling between a corrugated steel and a wall, and a simple construction method by comprising: a coupling member preparation step of preparing a coupling member (400) having a U-shaped channel (410) comprising a bottom plate (411), an outer plate (412) and an inner plate (413) with an open upper part and a stud (420) extended from the bottom plate (411) of the channel (410); a wall installation step of installing a wall (200) using a reinforced concrete, wherein the coupling member (400) is coupled at an upper part of the wall (200), the stud (420) is buried in the wall (200) and the channel (410) is exposed out of the upper part of the wall (200); a corrugated steel assembly step of forming an arch-shaped corrugated steel assembly (100) to make a cross-section of the corrugated steel plate a corrugated steel by assembling a plurality of corrugated steel plates; and a corrugated steel assembly installation step of coupling an end of the corrugated steel assembly (100) with the opening of the channel (410) of the coupling member (400).
본 발명은 저판(411), 외판(412), 내판(413)을 구비하고 상측이 개구된 "ㄷ"자형 채널(410)과, 상기 채널(410)의 저판(411)에서 하측으로 연장형성된 스터드(420)를 구비한 결합부재(400)를 준비하는 결합부재 준비단계; 철근 콘크리트에 의해 벽체(200)를 설치하되, 상기 벽체(200)의 상부에 상기 결합부재(400)를 결합하여, 상기 스터드(420)는 상기 벽체(200)에 매설되고, 상기 채널(410)은 상기 벽체(200)의 상부로 노출되도록 하는 벽체 설치단계; 다수의 파형강판을 조립하여, 종단면이 파형을 이루도록 아치 구조의 파형강판 조립체(100)를 형성하는 파형강판 조립단계; 상기 파형강판 조립체(100)의 일단을 상기 결합부재(400)의 채널(410)의 상측 개구에 결합하는 파형강판 조립체 설치단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형강판 터널의 시공방법을 제시함으로써, 파형강판과 벽체의 결합이 견고하면서도 간편한 시공이 가능하도록 한다.
