The present invention relates to a leveling apparatus of a marine structure, which controls the horizontal degree of a deck against a basic core in which an upper end is exposed to the upper part of a pillar and a lower end is fixated on the sea bed by penetrating the pillar when fixating the marine structure on the sea bed. The marine structure includes: a deck which includes a space to install a facility; and a pillar which is combined to support the deck from the sea bed and has a pipe shape whose both ends are penetrated. The present invention improves predictability and work stability by rapidly and stably performing the whole leveling work of the marine structure by conveniently controlling the vertical position of the pillar on the deck of the marine structure, which is exposed above the sea, against the basic core fixated on the ground by penetrating the inside of the pillar of the marine structure. The provided leveling apparatus of a marine structure comprises: a pillar fixing means which is attached to and detached from the pillar; a core fixing means which is attached to and detached from a part exposed to the upper end of the pillar in the basic core; and an interval adjusting means which controls an interval when connecting the pillar fixing means with the core fixing means.
본 발명은, 해양구조물의 지주들의 내부를 관통하면서 지중에 고정되는 기초심재들에 대하여 해상에 노출된 상기 해양구조물의 데크상에서 상기 지주들의 수직상의 위치를 간편하게 조절하여 해양구조물의 전체 레벨링작업을 신속하게 안정되게 수행할 수 있도록 함으로서 생산성을 향상시킴은 물론, 특히 작업의 안전성을 구현할 수 있도록; 시설물이 설치되는 데크와 상기 데크를 해저면에 지지하도록 결합되며 양단이 관통된 '관' 형상의 지주를 가지는 해양구조물을 해상에 고정할 때, 상기 지주를 관통하여 상단이 상기 지주의 상부로 노출되며 하단은 해저면에 고정되는 기초심재에 대하여 상기 데크의 수평도를 조절하도록 된 해양구조물의 레벨링장치에 있어서; 상기 지주에 착탈되는 지주고정수단과, 상기 기초심재에서 상기 지주의 상단으로 노출된 부위에 착탈되는 심재고정수단과, 상기 지주고정수단과 상기 심재고정수단의 사이를 연결함과 동시에 사이 간격을 조절하도록 된 간격조절수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 해양구조물의 레벨링장치를 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a leveling apparatus of a marine structure, which controls the horizontal degree of a deck against a basic core in which an upper end is exposed to the upper part of a pillar and a lower end is fixated on the sea bed by penetrating the pillar when fixating the marine structure on the sea bed.
