RAPID BRIDGE REPLACEMENT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THROUGH BRIDGE GIRDER SEGMENT
The present invention relates to a rapid bridge replacement construction method using a bridge girder segment capable of matching a through-bridge girder segment having both side beams and a cross beam with a span length and and rapidly assembling the through-bridge girder segment, installing the girder by extruding a raw material at a damaged part and installing a replacement plate at the damaged part. A bridge replacement girder segment according to the method is able to economically perform bridge replacement since the method uses an extrusion method while capable of rapidly performing the extrusion in the vicinity of the bridge. Also, the method is capable of economically performing construction of mutually connected and assembled through-bridge girder segments by lowering a replacement girder segment using a lowering device such as a support beam and an iron frame, which can be efficiently manufactured and installed.
양 측면빔과 가로보를 포함하는 하로교 거더세그먼트를 필요한 경간장에 맞추어 신속하게 조립하여 손상된 부위에 바로 압출시켜 설치한 후 복공판을 설치할 수 있는 교량복구용 거더를 이용한 긴급교량복구방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 교량복구용 거더는 압출방식을 이용하되 교량 주변에서 신속하게 압출시킬 수 있도록 하기 때문에 보다 경제적인 교량복구가 가능하게 된다. 또한, 서로 연결조립된 하로교 거더세그먼트는 받침빔과 철골과 같은 효율적으로 제작 및 설치할 수 있는 하강장치를 이용하여 보다 경제적으로 교량복구용 거더의 하강에 따른 시공이 가능하게 된다.
