THE SUPPORTER FOR CONCRETE FORMS OF SLAB
The present invention relates to a slab panel supporter for slab construction, capable of supporting a slab panel by being installed between the bottom of the slab panel and the ground and preventing a negligent accident caused by a rapid falling speed of a slab panel, and deformation or damage due to a rapid falling speed by making a slab panel not separated from a support member and lowering the height thereof using its own weight and load when disassembling the slab panel. A slab panel supporter according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixation bar (100) formed in a pipe shape into which a sliding bar is inserted and vertically slid; the sliding bar (300) inserted into the fixation bar, vertically slid and supporting the slab panel; upper and lower height control units (500, 500′) coupled with an outer side of the sliding bar to control a sliding distance of the sliding bar; and a gas spring (700) formed inside the fixation bar, of which one end is coupled with the sliding bar to make the sliding bar slowly move down when disassembling the slab panel.
본 발명은 슬라브패널의 저면과 바닥 사이에 설치되어 지지부재를 포함한 슬라브패널을 지지하되, 슬라브패널의 해체시에는 지지부재로부터 분리되지 않고, 슬라브패널의 무게와 자중에 의해 스스로 서서히 높이가 낮아지도록 함으로써, 슬라브패널의 빠른 하강 속도에 의해 발생될 있는 안전사고의 예방은 물론, 급격한 하강에 의해 변형 또는 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 슬라브시공용 슬라브패널 서포터에 관한 것으로,슬라이딩바가 삽입되어 상하로 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 파이프 형상으로 형성되는 고정바(100)와; 고정바에 삽입되어 상하로 슬라이딩되며 슬라브패널을 지지하는 슬라이딩바(300)와; 슬라이딩바의 외측에 체결되어 슬라이딩바의 슬라이딩 거리를 조절하는 상·하부높이조절수단(500,500')과;고정바의 내측에 구비되며, 일단은 슬라이딩바에 체결되어 슬라브패널을 철거할 때 슬라이딩바가 서서히 하향되도록 하는 가스스프링(700)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
