The present invention relates to an automatic up-folding type window capable of automatically opening and closing a window upwards by the operation of a user. The automatic up-folding type window includes: a fixing frame (10) fixed to a wall (W) of a building and having a track (11) on the side; a first foldable frame (20) connected to an upper end of the fixing frame (10) to be folded to the front side by multiple first hinges (h1); a second foldable frame (30) connected to a lower end of the first foldable frame (20) by multiple second hinges (h2); an ascending transfer frame (40) connected to a lower end of the second foldable frame (30) by multiple third hinges (h3) and guided along the track (11); a guide rail (50) fixed to the track (11) and supporting the ascending transfer frame (40) to slide; a support bracket (60) protruding to the rear side of the fixing frame (10); and an electric cylinder (70) installed between the support bracket (60) and the first foldable frame (20) and selectively lifting the first foldable frame (20) to the front side of the fixing frame (10).
본 발명은 자동 상향 접이식 창문에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 벽체(W)에 고정되는 것으로서, 측부에 트랙(11)이 형성된 고정프레임(10)과; 고정프레임(10)의 상단에 다수의 제1힌지(h1)에 의하여 전방측으로 접혀지게 연결되는 제1접이프레임(20)과; 제1접이프레임(20)의 하단에 다수의 제2힌지(h2)에 의하여 연결되는 제2접이프레임(30)과; 제2접이프레임(30)의 하단에 다수의 제3힌지(h3)에 의하여 연결되는 것으로서, 상기 트랙(11)을 따라 가이드되는 승강이송프레임(40)과; 트랙(11)에 고정된 것으로서, 상기 승강이송프레임(40)을 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지하는 가이드레일(50)과; 고정프레임(10)의 후방측으로 돌출되는 지지브라켓(60)과; 지지브라켓(60)과 제1접이프레임(20) 사이에 설치되어 제1접이프레임(20)을 고정프레임(10)의 전방측으로 선택적으로 상승시키는 전동실린더(70);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
