PRECAST CONCRETE WATERPROOF HUMMOCK, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
The present invention provides a precast concrete waterproof protrusion and a construction method for the same, capable of improving durability and bending strength in comparison with an existing concrete waterproof protrusion. A precast concrete (PC) waterproof protrusion which is a concrete structure is prefabricated in a factory and is constructed in a site. Therefore, the precast concrete waterproof protrusion is easily applied to the lower part of a plastic window (PL window) in an apartment house. After the precast concrete (PC) waterproof protrusion which is the concrete structure is prefabricated in the factory without installing a mold for a waterproof protrusion in the site, the precast concrete waterproof protrusion can be integrally constructed with a slab in the site. Also, the finishing of the precast concrete (PC) waterproof protrusion is maintained to be even so the precast concrete (PC) waterproof protrusion simplifies a following process. Therefore, construction periods can be reduced, and construction costs also can be reduced. Also, a wire rope is fixed to the inner side of the precast concrete (PC) waterproof protrusion, and concrete to which a polypropylene fiber is mixed is placed. So, the precast concrete waterproof protrusion can improve the durability and the bending strength in comparison with the existing concrete waterproof protrusion.
콘크리트 구조체인 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 방수턱을 공장에서 미리 제작하고, 현장에서 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 방수턱을 시공함으로써 아파트 플라스틱 창호(PL 창호) 하부에 용이하게 적용할 수 있고, 현장에서 방수턱 거푸집을 설치할 필요 없이 콘크리트 구조체인 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 방수턱을 공장에서 제작한 후, 현장에서 슬래브와 일체화 시공이 가능하며, 또한, 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 방수턱의 마감을 일정하게 유지함으로써 후속 공정을 단순화하여 공기를 단축시키고 공사비를 절감시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 프리캐스트 콘크리트(PC) 방수턱 내부에 와이어로프로 고정하고, 폴리프로필렌 섬유가 혼입된 콘크리트를 타설하여 제조함으로써 기존 콘크리트 방수턱에 비해 내구성 및 휨강도를 향상시킬 수 있는, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 방수턱 및 그 시공 방법이 제공된다.
