Disclosed is a smart digital door lock system. The smart digital door lock system comprises: an entrance door comprising a door frame, a servo motor mounted on an inner surface of an upper end of the door frame and installed to allow a rotary shaft to be directed downwards, a door whose one end is rotatably mounted on the door frame, a fixing part mounted on the inner surface of the upper end of the door frame, a rotary bar wherein an end of one side thereof is mounted on the rotary shaft, and a link bar wherein an end of one side thereof is hinge-mounted on the rotary bar and an end of the other side thereof is hinge-mounted on the fixing part; a door phone installed on the entrance door and provided with a camera, a microphone, and a speaker; a door lock which is installed on the entrance door, and locks or unlocks the entrance door to limit entry of an unauthorized visitor through the entrance door; and a door pad which comprises a short-range communication unit which is installed on the entrance door and communicates with a database storing information of a portable terminal given a right to pass through the entrance door and a control unit electrically connected to the short-range communication unit, the door lock, and the servo motor to control drive, and unlocks the door lock and drive the servo motor to automatically open the entrance door when the portable terminal whose information is stored in the database approaches within a detection range.
본 발명은 문틀과, 상기 문틀의 상단 내주면에 결합되며 회전축이 하부를 향하도록 설치되는 서보모터와, 일단이 상기 문 틀에 회동가능하게 결합되는 문짝과, 상기 문짝의 상단 내주면에 결합되는 고정구와, 일측 단부가 상기 회전축에 결합되는 회동바 및 상기 회동바와 일측 단부가 힌지결합되고 타측 단부가 상기 고정구와 힌지결합되는 링크바를 포함하여 이루어지는 출입문과; 상기 출입문에 설치되며, 카메라와, 마이크 및 스피커가 구비되는 도어폰과; 상기 출입문에 설치되며, 출입문을 잠그거나 잠금을 해제하여 인증되지 않은 방문자로부터 출입문의 출입을 제한하는 도어락과; 상기 출입문에 설치되며, 상기 출입문을 통과할 수 있는 권한이 부여되는 휴대용 단말기의 정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스와 무선 근거리 통신을 위한 근거리 통신부 및 상기 도어락 및 서보모터와 전기적으로 연결되어 구동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 데이터베이스에 정보가 저장된 휴대용 단말기가 감지범위 내에 접근하면 상기 도어락의 잠금을 해제하는 동시에 서보모터를 구동시켜 출입문이 자동으로 개방되도록 하는 도어패드;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 도어락 시스템을 개시한다.
