The present invention relates to a structure for preventing a rainwater intake to an underground space of a building in the low ground for an apartment including: a case; a blocking plate; a supporting plate; a pressing spring; an opening plate; a rod supporting member; a finishing plate; a hydraulic cylinder; a block supporting frame; and a buffering member. According to the present invention, the effects of preventing damage to vehicles or stored objects and casualties due to flooding underground floors and efficiently preventing rainwater flowing into the underground space of the building built in the low ground are obtained.
본 발명은 공동주택의 지대가 낮은 건축물의 지하공간의 우수유입 방지구조에 관한 것으로서, 케이스, 차단 플레이트, 지지판, 가압 스프링, 개방 플레이트, 로드 지지부재, 마감판, 유압 실린더, 블록 지지틀, 완충부재를 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따르면, 지하층의 침수로 인해 발생되는 차량 또는 보관물품의 파손 및 인명사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지대가 낮은 지역에 설치되는 건축물의 지하공간으로 유입되는 우수를 효율적으로 차단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
