The present invention relates to a tension fixing tool for a mold support, which fixes a yoke installed on the inner side of a prop formed on the top of a support. The tension fixing tool for a mold support comprises: a vertical part; a first tension control part which is extended from the bottom end of the vertical part to be curved to the inner center of the vertical part; a second tension control part which is extended from the top end of the vertical part to be curved to the inner center of the vertical part; a fixing part which is connected to one side of the vertical part; and a pressing part which is connected to the end of the first tension control part. Thus, the present invention prevents the safety accidents of workers by maintaining the horizontality of the yoke and effectively and stably supports a mold.
본 발명은 거푸집지지대 텐션고정구에 관한 것으로서, 서포트 상부에 마련된 받침대 내측으로 설치되는 멍에를 잡아주는 텐션고정구; 상기 텐션고정구는 수직부와, 상기 수직부의 하단에서 연장되어, 수직부 내면 중심부를 향해 굴곡지게 형성된 제1텐션조절부와, 상기 수직부의 상단에서 연장되어, 수직부 내면 중심부를 향해 굴곡지게 형성된 제2텐션조절부와, 상기 수직부 일측으로 연결형성되는 고정부와, 상기 제1텐션조절부 단부로 연결형성되는 가압부로 구성되고, 상기 제2텐션조절부 단부 외면은 제1텐션조절부 단부 안쪽으로 위치하여 굴곡지게 형성되고, 상기 제1텐션조절부 단부 내면과 제2텐션조절부 외면으로, 각각의 텐션조절부를 연결하기 위해 마련된 연결부를 더 포함하며, 상기 수직부, 제1텐션조절부 및 제2텐션조절부 내면, 상기 수직부와 고정부 연결되는 부위, 제1텐션조절부와 가압부가 연결되는 부위에 각각 형성된 제1리브, 제2리브, 제3리브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 서포트 상부로 설치되는 받침대 양측으로 텐션고정구를 설치하고, 각각의 텐션고정구 사이에 멍에를 설치함으로써, 멍에를 수평 및 중심으로 유지하여, 작업자의 안전사고를 방지함은 물론, 보다 효과적으로 안정되게 거푸집을 지지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.또한, 텐션고정구의 연결부위 및 내면으로, 연결부와 각각 리브를 형성함으로써, 강한 탄성력으로 인한 텐션효과를 제공하여, 보다 효과적으로 멍에를 센터로 유지할 수 있는 동시에, 각각의 연결부위가 꺾여, 부러지는 것을 방지하여, 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
