The present invention relates to a chisel having a replaceable bit unit and, more specifically, to a chisel which comprises: a main body unit which has a coupling groove having a first screw along the inner circumference at one end; and a bit unit which has a crushing unit formed at the other end and has an end including a coupling protrusion which is combined through a screw in order to be attachable to and detachable from the coupling groove by having a second screw formed to correspond to the first screw along the outer circumference, wherein the second screw has one or more section units formed so that the second screw is cut. The present invention has effects of: easily replacing a damaged bit by forming the bit unit, which can be damaged during a crushing operation, to be attachable to and detachable from the main body unit; and easily separating the bit unit from the main body unit even in continuous hitting operations for the crushing work by having one or more section units in the second screw.
본 발명은 교체형 비트부가 구비되는 치즐에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 내주연을 따라 제1스크류가 형성되는 결합홈이 일단에 형성되는 몸체부; 및 외주연을 따라 상기 제1스크류에 대응되는 제2스크류가 형성되어 상기 결합홈에 탈부착 가능하게 나사 결합되는 결합돌기가 일단에 형성되며, 파쇄부가 타단에 형성되는 비트부로 이루어지되, 상기 제2스크류에는 상기 제2스크류가 끊어진 형태로 형성되는 단절부가 하나 또는 복수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 파쇄 작업시 손상될 수 있는 비트부가 몸체부에 탈부착 가능하게 구성됨으로써 손상된 비트를 용이하게 교체할 수 있고, 제2스크류에 하나 또는 복수로 형성되는 단절부가 구비됨으로써, 파쇄 작업을 위한 지속적인 타격에도 몸체부와 비트부의 탈거가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 교체형 비트부가 구비되는 치즐에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 내주연을 따라 제1스크류가 형성되는 결합홈이 일단에 형성되는 몸체부; 및 외주연을 따라 상기 제1스크류에 대응되는 제2스크류가 형성되어 상기 결합홈에 탈부착 가능하게 나사 결합되는 결합돌기가 일단에 형성되며, 파쇄부가 타단에 형성되는 비트부로 이루어지되, 상기 제2스크류에는 상기 제2스크류가 끊어진 형태로 형성되는 단절부가 하나 또는 복수로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 파쇄 작업시 손상될 수 있는 비트부가 몸체부에 탈부착 가능하게 구성됨으로써 손상된 비트를 용이하게 교체할 수 있고, 제2스크류에 하나 또는 복수로 형성되는 단절부가 구비됨으로써, 파쇄 작업을 위한 지속적인 타격에도 몸체부와 비트부의 탈거가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
