The present invention provides a device to connect water pipes which improves constructability as a grip ring and a pressure ring is able to be inserted into a connection pipe with a pressure wheel. The present invention improves ′a device for connecting water pipes′ in the Korean patent application number 10-1185104 which is applied by an applicant of the present invention. The pressure wheel (10), the grip ring (20), and the pressure ring (30) are inserted into the connection pipe (P1), and a sealing ring (40) is installed between a water pole unit (60) of a socket pipe (P2) and the connection pipe (P1). The sealing ring (40) is pressed by the pressure ring (30), and a grip ring (20) is installed in an inner inclination unit (11) of the pressure wheel (10). A plurality of KP bolts (50) are mounted on the pressure wheel (10) in order for a hook unit (55) to be hung on an outer protrusion unit (65) of the socket pipe (P2). The pressure ring (30) is formed of a synthetic resin material, and a plurality of support protrusions (32) are formed on an upper end of an outer circumference of a ring-shaped main body at fixated intervals. A connection rod (33) is individually erected on each support protrusion (32), and a coupling hole (34) is formed on an upper end of the connection rod (33). The connection rod (33) is inserted into a connection hole (13) of the pressure wheel (10), and a bolt (35) is coupled to the coupling hole (34). As such, a head unit (35a) of the bolt (35) is hung on the circumference of the connection hole (13) of the pressure wheel (10).
본 발명은 본 출원인의 대한민국 특허 제10-1185104호의 "수도관 연결장치"를 개선한 것으로서, 연결관(P1)에 압륜(10), 그립링(20), 및 가압링(30)이 끼워지고, 소켓관(P2)의 수구부(60)와 연결관(P1) 사이에 밀폐링(40)이 배치되고, 가압링(30)에 의해 밀폐링(40)이 가압되며, 압륜(10)의 내측 경사부(11)에 그립링(20)이 배치되고, 소켓관(P2)의 외측 돌기부(65)에 후크부(55)가 걸릴 수 있도록 압륜(10)에 복수개의 KP볼트(50)가 장착되는 수도관 연결장치에 있어서, 상기 가압링(30)은 합성수지 소재로 성형되며, 링 형상의 본체(31)의 외주면 상단부에 복수개의 받침돌기(32)가 일정 간격으로 형성되고, 각각의 받침돌기(32)에 결합봉(33)이 각각 세워지며, 결합봉(33)의 상단에 체결구멍(34)이 형성되고, 결합봉(33)이 압륜(10)의 결합구멍(13)에 끼워지고, 볼트(35)가 결합봉(33)의 체결구멍(34)에 체결되어, 볼트(35)의 헤드부(35a)가 압륜(10)의 결합구멍(13) 둘레에 걸리게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
