NON-SKID HIGH-PRESSURE RESIN-IMPREGNATED SHEET FOR FLOORING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a non-slip high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet for flooring and a manufacturing method thereof which affix a releasing film on a stainless steel plate disposed on an upper press mirror plate of a heat press, and press a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet using the heat press to form a rough surface on an overlay layer by an imbalance of a surface density of the releasing film when hardening a surface melamine resin by a temperature when using a transparent overlay impregnated into a melamine resin as an uppermost layer to manufacture a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet. The manufacturing method of a non-slip high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet for flooring comprises: a step of preparing a transparent overlay layer impregnated into a melamine resin; a step of using the transparent overlay layer as an uppermost layer to laminate a shape sheet or pattern wood on a lower portion of the transparent overlay layer and sequentially laminate a craft sheet on a lower portion of the shape sheet or the pattern wood; a step of affixing a releasing film whose surface density is not uniform to a stainless steel plate installed on an upper mirror plate of a heat press, and pressing and forming the releasing film after laminating the craft sheet; and a step of cooling and hardening to finish a high-pressure resin-impregnated sheet.
멜라민 수지에 함침된 투명 오버레이를 최상층으로 하여 고압수지함침시트를 제조할 때, 열프레스의 상측 프레스 경면판에 마련된 스테인레스스틸판에 이형 필름을 부착하고, 열프레스로 고압수지함침시트를 가압하여 표면 멜라민수지가 온도에 의해 경화 시 이형필름의 표면밀도의 불균형으로 인해 오버레이층에 거친 표면을 가지도록 한 바닥재용 미끄럼 방지용 고압수지함침시트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 멜라민 수지에 함침된 투명 오버레이층을 마련하는 단계; 상기 투명 오버레이층을 최상층으로 하여, 그 하부에 모양지 또는 무늬목을 적층하고 그 하부에 크라프트지를 순차로 적층하는 단계; 상기 크라프트지 적층 후, 열 프레스의 상측 경면판에 설치된 스테인레스스틸판에 표면밀도가 불균일한 이형필름을 부착하고, 가압하여 성형하는 단계; 및 냉각 및 경화시켜 고압수지함침시트를 완성하는 단계를 포함하여, 바닥재용 미끄럼 방지용 고압수지함침시트를 제조한다.
