REINFORCING BAR COUPLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler and a manufacturing method for the same. The manufacturing method for a reinforcing bar coupler includes: a first step of rotating an insert connected to a screw processing device in an accommodation space in a body and forming a screw unit at a predetermined pitch; a second step of inserting a first jig into the accommodation space of the lower part of the body and locating the first jig to a center part of the accommodation space; a third step of pressing and inserting a plate member in which the center is curved upwards and downwards in the direction of the outer circumference, in the accommodation space in the upper part of the body; and a fourth step of inserting a second jig into the accommodation space in the upper part of the body and locating the plate member to the center of the accommodation space. According to the present invention, the plate member is installed at the center of the reinforcing bar coupler, and each reinforcing bar can be stably fixed and supported as each end of the reinforcing bar is accurately located at the center and is fixed. The manufacturing method for a reinforcing bar coupler prevents the upper part or the lower part of the reinforcing bar coupler from being deformed when an outer force is applied to the reinforcing bar. Therefore, the reinforcing bar coupler can improve durability and has the plate member inside. The reinforcing bar coupler can be easily manufactured in simple composition and can reduce manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 철근연결구 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서,철근연결구 제조방법에 있어서,몸체 내부의 수용공간에 나사가공기기에 연결된 인서트를 회전시켜, 나사부를 일정한 피치로 형성하는 제1단계; 몸체 하부 수용공간으로 제1지그를 삽입하여, 수용공간 중간 부분까지 위치시키는 제2단계; 몸체의 상부 수용공간으로, 중심에서 외주방향으로 상부 또는 하부로 휘어진 형태를 갖는 판부재를 가압하여 삽입하는 제3단계; 몸체의 상부 수용공간으로 제2지그를 삽입하여, 판부재를 수용공간 중간 부분까지 위치시키는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 철근연결구 중앙에 판부재를 설치함으로써, 각각의 철근 단부가 정확히 중앙에 위치하여 연결고정함으로, 보다 견고히 각각의 철근을 고정지지할 수 있음은 물론, 철근에 외력이 가해질 경우, 철근연결구 상부 또는 하부에 변형이 발생하는 것을 방지하여, 내구성을 향상시키고, 내부에 판부재가 마련되는 철근연결구를 제조하는 방법을 제공하여, 간단한 구성으로 제조가 용이함은 물론, 제조 원가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다

The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar coupler and a manufacturing method for the same. The manufacturing method for a reinforcing bar coupler includes: a first step of rotating an insert connected to a screw processing device in an accommodation space in a body and forming a screw unit at a predetermined pitch; a second step of inserting a first jig into the accommodation space of the lower part of the body and locating the first jig to a center part of the accommodation space; a third step of pressing and inserting a plate member in which the center is curved upwards and downwards in the direction of the outer circumference, in the accommodation space in the upper part of the body; and a fourth step of inserting a second jig into the accommodation space in the upper part of the body and locating the plate member to the center of the accommodation space.
