본 발명은 스틸 하우스의 표준화, 강도 향상을 도모하는 M형 채널로 이루어지는 단위구조부재와 이 단위구조부재를 이용한 바닥 구조의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 중앙 ㄷ자형 채널부(2)와, 이 중앙 ㄷ자형 채널부(2)의 좌우측판(3, 4)을 공유하도록 연달아 설치된 좌우 ㄷ자형 채널부(5, 6)를 구비하고, 중앙 ㄷ자형 채널부(2)의 채널 홈(7)과 좌우 ㄷ자형 채널부(5, 6)의 채널 홈(8, 9)이 서로 반대방향으로 개구되는 M형 채널(1)을 이용한 건물의 단위구조부재(20)로서, 이 M형 채널(1)의 긴 부재를 일정한 간격을 두고 병행 배치하여 형성한 한 쌍의 세로 골조(15)와, 상기 M형 채널(1)의 짧은 부재를 상기 병행 배치한 세로 골조(15) 사이에 횡으로 설치하고 또한 세로 골조(15)의 길이방향으로 간격을 두고 병행 배치하여 형성한 다수의 가로골조(16)로 이루어지는 건물의 단위구조부재와 이 단위구조부재를 이용한 바닥 구조.
The present invention provides a unit structural member constituted with an M-shaped channel to achieve standardization and improved strength for a steel house. The unit structural member 20 for building utilizes an M-shaped channel 1 which includes a center U-shaped channel section 2 and right and left U-shaped channel sections 6, 5 continuously formed to share right and left side plates 4, 3 of the center U-shaped channel section 2, while a channel trench 7 of the center U-shaped channel section 2 and respective channel trenches 9, 8 of the right and left U-shaped channel sections 6, 5 are opened in opposite directions. The unit structural member 20 for building is constituted with a pair of longitudinal beams 15 formed of long pieces of material of the M-shaped channel 1 in parallel at an established distance and a number of lateral beams formed of short pieces of material of the M-shaped channel 1 in parallel laterally between the parallely-arranged longitudinal beams 15 at established distances in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal beams 15. The present invention also provides a floor structure which utilizes the unit structural member.

The present invention provides a unit structural member constituted with an M-shaped channel to achieve standardization and improved strength for a steel house.
