CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR OPEN CUTTING IN TUNNEL PORTAL AREA
According to the present invention, a method for excavating and constructing a tunnel mouth area uses H-piles and a precast steel composite arch to construct an arch tunnel, and comprises: a pile installation step of driving a plurality of the H-piles in two rows along a tunnel to be constructed to install the H-piles, or forming a plurality of pile insertion holes, inserting the H-piles into the pile insertion holes, and then fixing lower portions of the H-piles using grouting; a first excavating step of excavating between the H-piles while supporting a gap between the two rows of the H-piles using support beams, fixing the H-piles in the ground outside the H-piles using sheet piles, fixing the H-piles in the ground outside the H-piles using anchors, or fixing the H-piles in the ground outside the H-piles using connection members; a second excavating step of additionally excavating a lower portion of an excavated area by the first excavating step; a support fixing step of fixing supports to protrude from the inside of the H-piles; an arch installation step of installing the precast steel composite arch using both supports as support points; and a third excavation step of additionally excavating a lower portion of an excavated area by the second excavating step. The precast steel composite arch and lower portions of the H-piles are used as a tunnel structure. According to the present invention, the H-piles and the precast steel composite arch are used to construct the tunnel structure such as a single arch tunnel, a two-arch tunnel, and a near parallel tunnel to quickly, economically, and efficiently construct the tunnel.
본 발명은, H파일과 프리캐스트강합성아치를 이용하여 아치터널을 구축하는 터널 갱구부 개착 구축공법으로서, 구축하고자 하는 터널을 따라 2열로, 복수의 상기 H파일을 항타하여 설치하거나, 또는 복수의 파일삽입공을 형성하고 상기 파일삽입공에 상기 H파일을 삽입한 후 그 하부를 그라우팅으로 고정하는 파일설치단계; 상기 2열의 H파일 사이를 버팀보로 지지하거나, 상기 H파일을 쉬트파일로 그 외측 지반에 고정하거나, 상기 H파일을 앵커로 그 외측 지반에 고정하거나, 또는 상기 H파일을 연결부재로 그 외측 지지부재에 고정하면서, 상기 H파일의 사이를 개착으로 굴착하는 제1굴착단계; 상기 제1굴착단계에 의한 굴착부의 하부를 추가 굴착하는 제2굴착단계; 상기 H파일의 내측에 돌출되도록 받침을 고정하는 받침고정단계; 상기 양 받침을 지지점으로 상기 프리캐스트강합성아치를 설치하는 아치설치단계; 및 상기 제2굴착단계에 의한 굴착부의 하부를 추가 굴착하는 제3굴착단계;를 포함하고, 상기 H파일의 하부와 상기 프리캐스트강합성아치를 터널 구조물로 이용하는 터널 갱구부 개착 구축공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 통해, H파일과 프리캐스트강합성아치를 이용하여 단일의 아치터널, 2아치터널, 근접병렬터널 등의 터널 구조물을 구축함으로써, 터널을 신속하고 경제적이며 효율적으로 시공할 수 있는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
