WOOD GANG FORM AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE BUILDING USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a wood gang form and a construction method for a concrete structure using the same. The wood gang form is to simplify a structure thereof and freely apply various devices (a lifting eye, a form tier, a bracing, a worktable, and the like) for constructing a concrete structure to the wood gang form. The wood gang form is also to enable a worker to rapidly and safely work. According to the present invention, the wood gang form includes: a wood placement plate (10); a frame (20) connected to the edge of one side of the placement plate; and a joist member (30) installed at fixed intervals on one side of the placement plate and reinforcing the placement plate and the frame by connecting at least one among the placement plate and the frame. The joist member includes a joist member body (31) formed in a three-dimensional shape and supported on the placement plate; and one or more through holes formed in a circular shape or a slot shape in the joist member body and connecting a device for placing concrete. The through hole is one or more among: a first through hole (32) penetrated forward an backwards on the front surface of the joist member body; and a second through hole (33) vertically penetrating one or more sides among the upper part and the lower part of the joint member body.
본 발명은 우드 갱폼 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 건축 구조물 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 구조를 단순화하고 콘크리트 건축 구조물의 시공을 위한 각종 장비(인양고리, 긴결재, 브레이싱, 작업대 등)를 우드 갱폼에 자유롭게 적용할 수 있으며 작업자가 신속하고 안전하게 작업할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 우드 갱폼은, 목재의 타설판(10)과; 상기 타설판의 일측면 가장자리에 결합되는 프레임(20)과; 상기 타설판의 일측면에 상호 간에 일정 간격을 두고 배열되면서 상기 타설판과 프레임 중 하나 이상에 결합되어 보강하는 장선재(30)를 포함하고, 상기 장선재는 입체 형상으로 이루어지며 상기 타설판에 지지되는 장선재 몸체(31), 상기 장선재 몸체에 원형 또는 장공형으로 형성되며 콘크리트 타설을 위한 장비가 연결되도록 하는 하나 이상의 관통홀을 포함하되, 상기 관통홀은 상기 장선재 몸체의 전면부에 전후로 관통 형성되는 제1관통홀(32), 상기 장선재 몸체의 상부와 하부 중 일측 이상에 상하로 관통 형성되는 제2관통홀(33) 중 하나 이상이다.
