EUROFORM FOR USING RIX OF MAINTAIN DISTANCE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a euroform capable of easily connecting a gap maintaining device. The present invention is to prevent deformation due to a concrete placing pressure and maintain a gap of the euroforms until a curing period of the concrete as the euroform has an installation position for a gap maintaining device to maintain the gap between the euroforms. According to the present invention, the euroform capable of connecting a gap maintaining device includes: a placement plate (11); a profile (12) installed in the circumference unit of the placement plate (11); and a gap maintaining installation hole (13) formed on the placement plate to be penetrated and providing a space for installing the gap maintaining device (20). The gap maintaining installation hole includes: a hole (14) formed on the placement plate to be penetrated, wherein a main body bolt of the gap maintaining device (20) passes through the hole (14); and a protective socket (15) supported on one or more among the placement plate and the profile and supporting a washer plate (22) of the gap maintaining device (20) by being connected to the hole.
본 발명은 간격유지장치의 체결이 용이한 유로폼에 관한 것으로, 유로폼들의 간격 유지를 위한 간격유지장치의 설치 위치를 마련하여 유로폼들이 콘크리트의 양생 기간까지 간격을 유지하고 콘크리트 타설압력에 의한 변형을 방지함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 간격유지장치의 체결이 용이한 유로폼은, 타설판(11)과; 상기 타설판의 둘레부에 설치되는 프로파일(12)과; 상기 타설판에 관통 형성되며 간격유지장치(20)의 설치를 위한 공간을 제공하는 간격유지 설치홀(13)을 포함하고, 상기 간격유지 설치홀은, 상기 타설판에 관통 형성되어 간격유지장치(20)의 본체볼트가 관통되는 구멍(14), 상기 타설판과 프로파일 중 일측 이상에 지지되며 상기 구멍과 연통되어 상기 간격유지장치(20)의 와셔판(22)을 지지하는 보호 소켓(15)을 포함한다.
