The present invention relates to an insulating support clamp for a distributor. The present invention is to provide an insulating support clamp for a distributor, capable of preventing corrosion by removing potential difference between metals due to direct contact of a distribution pipe and a distributor case, which are formed of different materials, by fixing the distribution pipe to a distributor case while the distribution pipe passes through the insulating support clamp. According to the present invention, the insulating support clamp supports the distribution pipe by fixing the distribution pipe to a distribution pipe case including: a clamp insertion hole to store the distribution pipe; and a guide protrusion insertion groove formed on both sides of the clamp insertion hole. The insulating support clamp comprises: a protruding connection unit inserted into the clamp insertion hole; a flange unit integrally formed with the protrusion connection unit and protruding to the outside of the protrusion connection unit, wherein the front surface thereof is attached to the distribution pipe case; a semicircular distribution pipe insertion groove formed in the lower part at the center of the protrusion connection unit, wherein the distribution pipe is inserted into the distribution pipe insertion groove; a guide protrusion inserted into the guide protrusion insertion groove formed on both sides of the clamp insertion hole and formed on the outer circumference on one side of the protrusion connection unit; and a guide groove formed in order for the insulating support clamp to be installed in the distribution pipe case as an inner frame of the clamp insertion hole of the distribution pipe case is inserted between the guide protrusion and the flange unit. The insulating support clamp is formed of insulation materials including an acryl resin.

본 발명은 분배기용 절연 지지클램프에 관한 것이며, 그 목적은, 분배관을 절연 지지클램프에 관통시킨 채로 분배기케이스에 고정시켜서, 서로 다른 재질로 이루어진 분배관과 분배기케이스의 직접 접촉으로 인한 금속끼리의 전위차를 없애 부식을 방지할 수 있는 분배기용 절연 지지클램프를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명에 따른 분배관을 수납할 수 있도록 클램프 삽입공과 상기 클램프 삽입공 양측에 가이드 돌기 삽입홈을 구비한 분배관케이스에 분배관을 고정지지하는 절연 지지클램프에 있어서, 상기 클램프 삽입공 내로 끼움설치되는 돌출결합부와, 상기 돌출결합부와 일체로 형성되고, 상기 돌출결합부의 외측으로 돌출되며 분배관케이스에 전면이 밀착되는 플렌지부와, 상기 돌출결합부의 중앙 하부에 형성되어 분배관이 삽입되는 반원형상의 분배관 삽입홈과, 상기 절연 지지클램프는 아크릴 수지를 포함하는 절연재료로 이루어지되, 상기 클램프 삽입공 양측에 형성된 가이드 돌기 삽입홈에 삽입되고, 상기 돌출결합부의 일측 외주면에 형성되는 가이드 돌기와, 상기 가이드 돌기와 플렌지부 사이에 상기 분배관케이스의 클램프 삽입공 내주면 테두리가 삽입되어 상기 절연 지지클램프가 분배관케이스에 설치되도록 형성된 가이드 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데 기술적 요지가 있다.
