ASSEMBLED STRUCTURES OF PREFABRICATED HOUSES
The present invention relates to a prefabricated structure of a prefabricated house, capable of improving safety and simplifying a connection process between frameworks. According to the present invention, the prefabricated structure of the prefabricated house includes: multiple frameworks; and a connection unit connecting the multiple frameworks. The connection unit includes: a body having a predetermined length and including both ends in an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction, wherein the cross section is formed in a cross shape and four rectangular groove units are formed on the outer surface; a first insertion unit protruding from the one side of the center of the body in the Y-axis direction and having the four rectangular groove units on the outer surface; and a second insertion unit protruding from the other side of the center of the body in a Z-axis direction and having the four rectangular groove units on the outer surface. Multiple bolt connection holes are formed on the side of the body, the first insertion unit, and the second insertion unit.
본 발명은 조립식 주택의 조립구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조립식 주택의 조립구조물은 다수의 골조와, 이들 다수의 골조를 연결하는 연결구를 포함하고, 상기 연결구는, 단면이 십자 형상으로 이루어져 외면에 4개소의 직각홈부가 형성되며 일정 길이를 가지고, 양단부가 각기 X-,X축 방향을 향하는 바디와, 상 기 바디의 중앙 일측에 돌출되어 형성되며 Y축 방향을 향하고 외면에 4개소의 직각홈부가 형성되는 제1끼움부와, 상기 바디의 중앙 타측에 돌출되어 형성되며 Z축 방향을 향하고 외면에 4개소의 직각홈부가 형성되는 제2끼움부를 포함하고, 상기 바디, 제1끼움부, 제2끼움부는 측면에 다수개의 볼트체결공이 형성되어 이루어진다.
