FLOATING WASTE REMOVAL MACHINE
The present invention relates to a rotary dust removal machine for transporting an impurity which separately arranges a screen for filtering out an impurity, integrates the screen from a bottom to a discharge portion of the screen to prevent the impurity from dropping while transporting the impurity to easily remove the impurity, changes a shape of a rake to remove a fine impurity passing through the screen when recovering, and minimizes a load of the rake when moving underwater to increase power efficiency. The rotary dust removal machine for transporting an impurity comprises: a rake rotation device to rotate a rake in one direction; and an integrated screen disposed separately from the rake rotation device and provided with a plurality of barriers installed at equal intervals to filter out an impurity. The rake rotation device comprises: a pair of frames inclined and installed on the inside of a waterway in which a fluid flows; a drive motor installed on upper ends of the frames; an endless chain which can be repeatedly rotated while rotating along the frames by the drive motor; a rake installed on the endless chain to recover and remove the impurity; and an apron formed between the frames from a prescribed height to protect the drive motor from the fluid. The integrated screen is installed in front of the rake rotation device and separated from the rake rotation device. The impurity in front of the integrated screen is removed by the rake inserted from behind.
본 발명은 협잡물이 걸러지는 스크린을 별도로 배치하고 스크린을 바닥부터 배출되는 곳까지 일체로 형성하여 협잡물 이송시 도중에 떨어뜨리는 것을 줄여서 협잡물 제거가 용이하고, 레이크 형상을 변형하여 인양시 스크린을 통과한 미세협잡물까지 제거가 가능하고 레이크의 수중이동시 부하를 최소화하여 동력효율을 높일 수 있는 협잡물 이송을 위한 로타리식 제진기에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 레이크가 일방향으로 회전하는 레이크 회전장치와 복수의 격판이 등간격으로 설치되어 협잡물이 걸러지는 일체형 스크린이 각각 별도로 구성되되, 상기 레이크 회전장치는 한 쌍으로 구비되어 경사진 형태로 유체가 흐르는 수로 내측에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상단에 설치되는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 의해 프레임을 따라 회전하면서 반복 회전될 수 있도록 하는 엔드리스 체인과, 상기 엔드리스 체인에 설치되어 협잡물을 인양 제거하는 레이크와, 상기 프레임의 사이에 일정높이부터 형성되어 유체로부터 구동모터를 보호하는 에이프런으로 이루어지고, 상기 일체형 스크린은 레이크 회전장치의 전방에 이격된 형태로 설치되며 후방에서 삽입된 레이크에 의해 일체형 스크린의 전방에 있는 협잡물 제거가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a rotary dust removal machine for transporting an impurity which separately arranges a screen for filtering out an impurity, integrates the screen from a bottom to a discharge portion of the screen to prevent the impurity from dropping while transporting the impurity to easily remove the impurity, changes a shape of a rake to remove a fine impurity passing through the screen when recovering, and minimizes a load of the rake when moving underwater to increase power efficiency. The rotary dust removal machine for transporting an impurity comprises: a rake rotation device to rotate a rake in one direction; and an integrated screen disposed separately from the rake rotation device and provided with a plurality of barriers installed at equal intervals to filter out an impurity. 본 발명은 협잡물이 걸러지는 스크린을 별도로 배치하고 스크린을 바닥부터 배출되는 곳까지 일체로 형성하여 협잡물 이송시 도중에 떨어뜨리는 것을 줄여서 협잡물 제거가 용이하고, 레이크 형상을 변형하여 인양시 스크린을 통과한 미세협잡물까지 제거가 가능하고 레이크의 수중이동시 부하를 최소화하여 동력효율을 높일 수 있는 협잡물 이송을 위한 로타리식 제진기에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 레이크가 일방향으로 회전하는 레이크 회전장치와 복수의 격판이 등간격으로 설치되어 협잡물이 걸러지는 일체형 스크린이 각각 별도로 구성되되, 상기 레이크 회전장치는 한 쌍으로 구비되어 경사진 형태로 유체가 흐르는 수로 내측에 설치되는 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상단에 설치되는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 의해 프레임을 따라 회전하면서 반복 회전될 수 있도록 하는 엔드리스 체인과, 상기 엔드리스 체인에 설치되어 협잡물을 인양 제거하는 레이크와, 상기 프레임의 사이에 일정높이부터 형성되어 유체로부터 구동모터를 보호하는 에이프런으로 이루어지고, 상기 일체형 스크린은 레이크 회전장치의 전방에 이격된 형태로 설치되며 후방에서 삽입된 레이크에 의해 일체형 스크린의 전방에 있는 협잡물 제거가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
