METHOD FOR PRODUCING SERICITE WITH HIGH PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF VISIBLE LIGHT, HIGH OPACITY AND ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTY AND ITS SERICITE
The present invention relates to a method for preparing sericite with high photokinesis, hiding power, and antimicrobial properties in visible wavelength range where sunlight is not irradiated. The method for preparing sericite comprises the following steps: independently preparing colloidal silver and titanium dioxide source by using a sol-gel method; mixing sericite with the prepared colloidal silver and the titanium dioxide source to produce slurry; and crushing the slurry. Accordingly, the surface of the sericite is coated with silver, silver phosphate, and titanium dioxide. In the method for preparing sericite, a nanosilver solution and silver phosphate are simultaneously obtained during a colloidal silver preparation process, so that the method for preparing sericite can be competitive in a preparation process.
본 발명은 졸-겔법을 이용하여 콜로이드 상의 은 혼합용액(colloidal silver)과 이산화티타늄 소스(titanium dioxide source)를 독립적으로 준비하며, 이때 상기 은 혼합용액의 제조 과정에서 은나노 용액과 인산은이 동시에 수득한다는 점에서 제조과정 상의 경쟁력이 있고, 이렇게 준비한 은 혼합용액과 이산화티타늄 소스에 견운모를 혼합하여 슬러리 제작 후 파쇄하여, 견운모 표면에 은(silver), 인산은(silver phosphate) 및 이산화티탄(TiO)이 코팅된 햇빛이 조사되지 않는 가시광선 영역에서의 높은 광활성, 은폐력 및 항균력이 우수한 기능성 견운모의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
