DOOR ROCK APPARATUS AND DOOR EQUIPPED THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a door lock apparatus which is installed in an entry restricted area of a ship body or the like. According to the present invention, the door lock apparatus comprises: a rotary body on one side and a rotary body on the other side; a shaft member which disposes a door lock body between the rotary body on the one side and the rotary body on the other side to mount the rotary body on the one side and the rotary body on the other side on each other; a stopping member fixed on the rotary body on the other side to rotate with the rotary body on the other side, and stopped by a door frame; and a mounting member fixed on the rotary body on the one side to rotate with the rotary body on the one side, and mounted on a door plate to stop rotation of the rotary body on the one side. An insertion unit on the other side is formed on the rotary body on the other side and inserted into a through hole of the door lock body. A rotation stopping protrusion on the other side is formed on an end of the insertion unit on the other side. An insertion unit on the one side is formed on the rotary body on the one side and inserted into the through hole. A rotation stopping protrusion on the one side is formed on an end of the insertion unit on the one side and stopped by the rotation stopping protrusion on the other side to rotate the rotary body on the other side when rotating about a rotary shaft. A free rotation area is formed on a portion of the rotation stopping protrusion on the one side, and the rotation stopping protrusion on the other side can rotate without interference of the rotation stopping protrusion on the one side in the free rotation area.
본 발명은 선체 등의 출입통제구역에 설치되는 도어락 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 일측회전체 및 타측회전체와, 상기 일측회전체와 타측회전체를 도어락몸체를 사이에 두고 서로 결합시키는 샤프트부재와, 상기 타측회전체에 고정되어 함께 회전하고 도어프레임에 걸림되기 위한 걸림부재와, 상기 일측회전체에 고정되어 함께 회전하고 도어플레이트에 체결됨으로써 일측회전체의 회전을 저지시키기 위한 체결부재를 포함하되, 상기 타측회전체에는 도어락몸체의 관통공에 삽입되는 타측삽입부가 형성되고 그 타측삽입부의 단부에 타측회전걸림턱부가 형성되며, 일측회전체에는 상기 관통공에 삽입되는 일측삽입부가 형성되고 그 일측삽입부의 단부에 상기 회전축을 중심으로 회전시 타측회전걸림턱에 걸림되어 타측회전체를 함께 회전시키는 일측회전걸림턱부가 형성되며, 일측회전걸림턱부에는, 타측회전걸림턱부가 상기 일측회전걸림턱부의 간섭없이 회전할 수 있는 자유회전영역이 일부분 형성되어 있다.

The present invention relates to a door lock apparatus which is installed in an entry restricted area of a ship body or the like. A free rotation area is formed on a portion of the rotation stopping protrusion on the one side, and the rotation stopping protrusion on the other side can rotate without interference of the rotation stopping protrusion on the one side in the free rotation area.
