The present invention provides a service water pressing pump unit capable of separating a pump from a water pipe without separating an entire service water pressing pump unit. According to the present invention, the service water pressing pump unit comprises: a case having a barrel-shaped body wherein a space unit is formed in the body and an upper end opened, and an intake pipe installed in the body in order for the service water in the water pipe to flow into the space unit; a pump installed in the space unit of the case having a suction unit sucking the service water in the space unit, and a discharge unit discharging the sucked service water; a connection member fixated to an upper end of the case having a pump inlet vertically extended in order for the pump to enter the space unit of the case and connected to the space unit, and an outflow pipe connected to the water pipe in order for the service water discharged from the discharge unit of the pump to flow out into the water pipe; a cover connected to the connection member to be separated by being inserted into the connection member from an upper side to close the pump inlet of the connection member, and fixated to the discharge unit of the pump wherein the cover has a connection flow path to guide a flow of the service water between the discharge unit and the outflow pipe; and a guide pipe unit arranged on a circumference of the pump inlet to be extended to the upper side to form a path to vertically move the cover on the upper side of the pump inlet, wherein an upper end is open and the path divided by the inner circumference.
본 발명에 따른 상수 가압 펌프유닛은, 내부에 공간부가 형성되고 상단은 개구되어 있는 통형의 몸체와, 상수도관 내의 상수를 공간부로 유입시키도록 몸체에 마련되는 유입관을 가지는 케이스; 케이스의 공간부에 배치되며, 공간부 내의 상수를 흡입하는 흡입구와, 흡입된 상수를 토출하는 토출구를 구비하는 펌프; 케이스의 상단에 고정되며, 케이스의 공간부 내외로의 펌프의 출입을 위해 상하방향으로 연장되게 형성되어 공간부로 통하는 펌프 출입구와, 펌프의 토출구로부터 토출된 상수를 상수도관 내로 유출시키기 위해 상수도관에 접속되는 유출관을 가지는 결합부재; 결합부재의 펌프 출입구를 폐쇄하도록 상방으로부터 결합부재에 끼워져서 그 결합부재에 분리 가능한 상태로 결합되며, 펌프의 토출구에 고정되며, 내부에 토출구와 유출관 사이에서의 상수의 유동을 안내하기 위한 연결유로가 형성되어 있는 커버; 및 펌프 출입구의 상방에 커버의 상하방향의 이동을 위한 통로를 형성하기 위하여, 펌프 출입구 둘레에 상방으로 연장되게 배치되며 내주면에 의해 통로가 구획되고 상단은 개구된 파이프 형상의 안내관부;를 포함한다.
The present invention provides a service water pressing pump unit capable of separating a pump from a water pipe without separating an entire service water pressing pump unit. According to the present invention, the service water pressing pump unit comprises: a case having a barrel-shaped body wherein a space unit is formed in the body and an upper end opened, and an intake pipe installed in the body in order for the service water in the water pipe to flow into the space unit; a pump installed in the space unit of the case having a suction unit sucking the service water in the space unit, and a discharge unit discharging the sucked service water; a connection member fixated to an upper end of the case having a pump inlet vertically extended in order for the pump to enter the space unit of the case and connected to the space unit, and an outflow pipe connected to the water pipe in order for the service water discharged from the discharge unit of the pump to flow out into the water pipe; a cover connected to the connection member to be separated by being inserted into the connection member from an upper side to close the pump inlet of the connection member, and fixated to the discharge unit of the pump wherein the cover has a connection flow path to guide a flow of the service water between the discharge unit and the outflow pipe; and a guide pipe unit arranged on a circumference of the pump inlet to be extended to the upper side to form a path to vertically move the cover on the upper side of the pump inlet, wherein an upper end is open and the path divided by the inner circumference.
