According to the present invention, an openable balustrade for a building comprises: a fixated balustrade installed in both side of a window frame disposed in an apartment house to form a veranda or a balcony, provided with a plurality of fixing support parts installed in a bottom surface of the window frame, and a fixing bar connecting the fixing support parts; an openable balustrade including a plurality of opening support parts extended from a rotary shaft rotatably installed in the window frame to be connected to the fixated balustrade or separated from the fixated balustrade, and an opening bar connecting the opening support parts; a driving gear rotatably installed in a bottom of the window frame; a driven gear installed in the rotary shaft and geared with the driving gear; a lever member extended from a drive shaft of the driving gear to the outside of the bottom of the window frame; an opening prevention unit including a fixing shaft installed in the fixing bar to be emerged to connect or separate the opening bar and the fixing bar and inserted into a different fixing bar by penetrating the opening bar, a pressing panel disposed on the fixing shaft, a spring disposed between the pressing panel and the window frame and pressing the fixing shaft towards the opening bar, a release lever extended from the fixing shaft to the outside of the fixing bar, a sliding hole unit formed on the fixing bar lengthwise in a longitudinal direction to slidably insert the release lever thereinto, and a curved groove unit formed by curving an end of the sliding hole unit to one side to stop and mount the release lever therein; and a binding unit installed in an inner wall of the window frame to fixate the lever member on an inner wall of the window frame, unbinding the lever member by an operation of a worker.
본 발명은, 베란다 또는 발코니를 이루도록 공동주택에 구비되는 창틀의 양측부에 설치되고, 상기 창틀의 바닥면에 설치되는 복수 개의 고정지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 고정지지대를 연결하는 고정바를 포함하는 고정난간; 상기 고정난간과 연결 또는 분리 가능하도록 상기 창틀에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전축으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 개방지지대와, 복수 개의 상기 개방지지대를 연결하는 개방바를 포함하는 개폐난간; 상기 창틀 바닥 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 주동기어; 상기 회전축에 설치되고 상기 주동기어에 기어연결되는 종동기어; 상기 주동기어의 구동축으로부터 상기 창틀 바닥 외측으로 연장되는 레버부재; 상기 개방바와 상기 고정바를 연결 또는 분리시키도록 상기 고정바에 출몰 가능하게 설치되고 상기 개방바를 관통하여 다른 상기 고정바에 삽입되는 고정축과, 상기 고정축에 구비되는 가압패널과, 상기 가압패널과 상기 창틀 사이에 개재되고 상기 고정축을 상기 개방바 측으로 가압하는 스프링과, 상기 고정축으로부터 상기 고정바 외측으로 연장되는 해제레버와, 상기 해제레버가 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되도록 상기 고정바에 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 슬라이딩홀부와, 상기 해제레버가 걸림결합되도록 상기 슬라이딩홀부의 단부가 일측으로 굴곡되어 이루어지는 굴곡홈부를 포함하는 개방방지부; 및 상기 레버부재를 상기 창틀 내벽에 고정시키고 작업자의 조작에 의해 상기 레버부재의 구속을 해제시킬 수 있도록 상기 창틀 내벽에 설치되는 구속부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
