PRECAST CROSSING BEAM MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BRIDGE AND PRECAST CROSSING BEAM CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR BRIDGE
The present invention relates to a precast crossing beam and a construction method thereof, wherein the precast crossing beam is constructed for a bridge, a slab, and a girder to be mutually integrated when depositing slab concrete after quickly manufacturing a crossing beam installed to be transversely extended in an internal side of a girder for a bridge with precast to easily install the crossing beam in the bridge. The precast crossing beam is manufactured to be U-shaped to be coupled to a girder connection reinforcing bar. Moreover, a block-out portion is formed for a crossing beam connection reinforcing bar to be exposed in both end portions of a bottom plate, thereby conveniently installing the precast crossing beam with a mounting bracket installed in an internal side surface of the girder.
교량용 거더 내측 사이에 횡방향으로 연장되도록 설치되는 가로보를 프리캐스트로 신속 제작한 후, 이를 교량에 간단하게 설치한 후, 슬래브 콘크리트 타설시 교량과 슬래브 및 거더가 서로 일체화되도록 시공되는 프리캐스트 가로보, 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 프리캐스트 가로보는 U형 형태로 제작되어 거더연결철근과 결속되도록 하여 저판 양 단부에 가로보 연결철근이 노출되도록 블록아웃부가 형성되어 거더 내측면에 설치된 거치브라켓을 이용하여 간단하게 설치된다.
