POSITION SUSTAINABLE UNDERGROUND PIPE LOCATING DEVICES
The present invention relates to a device for checking a location of an underground pipe capable of maintaining a position. More specifically, the device for checking a location of an underground pipe capable of maintaining a position comprises: a fixed housing cover to open and close an installation space of a fixed housing body installed on the surface of the ground above an underground pipe; an upper end checking unit to check a location of an upper end of the underground pipe; a first side end checking unit to check a location of a lower end of one side of the underground pipe; a second side end checking unit to check a location of a lower end of the other side of the underground pipe; a moving housing to install the upper end checking unit, the first side end checking unit, and the second side end checking unit on the fixed housing body to be displaced; a measurement control unit to receive measurement values of the upper end checking unit, the first side end checking unit, and the second side end checking unit to check the location of the underground pipe; air pockets to enclose the fixed housing body; a displacement sensor to measure displacement of the fixed housing body; and a maintaining control unit to receive a signal of the displacement sensor to adjust a pressure of a corresponding air pocket by a displaced distance to maintain the fixed housing body in an initial installation position. According to the present invention, the location of the underground pipe buried underground can be easily checked. The position of the fixed housing body can be maintained to quickly handle. Conventional loss caused by negligence can be reduced and prevented to improve work efficiency.
본 발명은 위치유지가 가능한 매설관 위치확인장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 매설관의 상측 지표면에 설치되는 고정하우징몸체의 설치공간부를 개폐시키기 위한 고정하우징커버, 매설관의 상단 위치를 확인하기 위한 상단확인부, 매설관의 일측 하단부 위치를 확인하기 위한 제1측단확인부, 매설관의 타측 하단부 위치를 확인하기 위한 제2측단확인부, 상단확인부와 제1측단확인부, 제2측단확인부를 변위 가능하도록 고정하우징몸체에 설치하기 위한 유동하우징, 상단확인부와 제1측단확인부, 제2측단확인부의 각 측정치를 수신받아 상기 매설관의 위치를 확인하는 측정제어부, 고정하우징몸체를 감싸도록 구비되는 에어포켓, 고정하우징몸체의 변위를 측정하기 위한 변위센서, 및 변위센서의 신호를 수신하여 변위된 거리만큼 해당 에어포켓의 압력을 조절하여 고정하우징몸체를 최초 설치된 위치로 유지시키기 위한 유지제어부로 구성된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 지하에 설치된 매설관의 위치를 용이하게 확인할 수 있음은 물론, 고정하우징몸체의 위치를 유지할 수 있어 신속하게 대처할 수 있으며, 종래 방치에 의해 발생되는 손실을 절감 및 방지할 수 있어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a device for checking a location of an underground pipe capable of maintaining a position. More specifically, the device for checking a location of an underground pipe capable of maintaining a position comprises: a fixed housing cover to open and close an installation space of a fixed housing body installed on the surface of the ground above an underground pipe; an upper end checking unit to check a location of an upper end of the underground pipe; a first side end checking unit to check a location of a lower end of one side of the underground pipe; a second side end checking unit to check a location of a lower end of the other side of the underground pipe; a moving housing to install the upper end checking unit, the first side end checking unit, and the second side end checking unit on the fixed housing body to be displaced; a measurement control unit to receive measurement values of the upper end checking unit, the first side end checking unit, and the second side end checking unit to check the location of the underground pipe; air pockets to enclose the fixed housing body; a displacement sensor to measure displacement of the fixed housing body; and a maintaining control unit to receive a signal of the displacement sensor to adjust a pressure of a corresponding air pocket by a displaced distance to maintain the fixed housing body in an initial installation position. According to the present invention, the location of the underground pipe buried underground can be easily checked. The position of the fixed housing body can be maintained to quickly handle. Conventional loss caused by negligence can be reduced and prevented to improve work efficiency.
본 발명은 위치유지가 가능한 매설관 위치확인장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 매설관의 상측 지표면에 설치되는 고정하우징몸체의 설치공간부를 개폐시키기 위한 고정하우징커버, 매설관의 상단 위치를 확인하기 위한 상단확인부, 매설관의 일측 하단부 위치를 확인하기 위한 제1측단확인부, 매설관의 타측 하단부 위치를 확인하기 위한 제2측단확인부, 상단확인부와 제1측단확인부, 제2측단확인부를 변위 가능하도록 고정하우징몸체에 설치하기 위한 유동하우징, 상단확인부와 제1측단확인부, 제2측단확인부의 각 측정치를 수신받아 상기 매설관의 위치를 확인하는 측정제어부, 고정하우징몸체를 감싸도록 구비되는 에어포켓, 고정하우징몸체의 변위를 측정하기 위한 변위센서, 및 변위센서의 신호를 수신하여 변위된 거리만큼 해당 에어포켓의 압력을 조절하여 고정하우징몸체를 최초 설치된 위치로 유지시키기 위한 유지제어부로 구성된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 지하에 설치된 매설관의 위치를 용이하게 확인할 수 있음은 물론, 고정하우징몸체의 위치를 유지할 수 있어 신속하게 대처할 수 있으며, 종래 방치에 의해 발생되는 손실을 절감 및 방지할 수 있어 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
