METHOD FOR FITTING INTERNAL HEAT INSULATION INTO ARCHITECTURAL FRAME AND ARCHITECTURAL FRAME THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for fitting an inner heat insulation material of a construction frame and a construction frame for the same. A foaming resin object is inserted as an inner heat insulation material, which is formed in advance and is smaller than the construction frame such as a window and a door, into the construction frame. Moisture is applied to the foaming resin object, and the foaming resin object is heated. So, the inner heat insulation material is strongly mounted on the construction frame without a gap by simple and efficient finishing fitting foaming. The size or the shape of the construction frame or change in a required amount thereof can rapidly correspond to necessity in a construction site, and there is no damage or deformation of the construction frame due to over-foaming when the fitting of the inner heat insulation material. There is no possibility of a fitting error due to insufficient foaming, and the construction frame has excellent productivity, process efficiency, process performance, improved treatment performance, and fire retarding performance. Therefore, a metal frame for construction efficiently has the excellent heat insulation performance, sound insulation performance, and condensation resistance.
본 발명은 건축용 프레임의 내단열재 피팅(fitting) 방법 및 그에 따른 건축용 프레임에 관한 것으로서, 창호와 같은 건축용 프레임 내부에 그 보다 약간 작은 치수의 미리 성형된 내단열재로서의 발포 수지 성형물을 삽입하고 수분 부가 후 가열에 의한 간단하고 효율적인 마무리 피팅 발포에 의해 상기한 건축용 프레임 내부에 상기한 내단열재를 틈새 없이 견고하게 장착시킬 수가 있으므로, 건축 현장의 필요에 따른 건축용 프레임의 형상이나 치수 또는 그 요구량의 변화에 신속히 부합할 수가 있으며, 내단열재 피팅 시 과발포에 의한 건축용 프레임의 변형이나 손상 우려가 없음과 아울러, 불충분 발포에 의한 피팅 불량의 우려가 없음은 물론, 우수한 생산성 및 공정 효율성과 공정 용이성, 그리고 향상된 취급성과 난연성을 보유하며, 건축용 금속 프레임에 우수한 단열성과 차음성 및 내결로성을 효과적으로 부여할 수가 있다.
