APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MARKING TRAFFIC LANE HAVING APPARATUS FOR MIXING CONSTANT QUANTITY
According to the present invention, an apparatus for painting a traffic lane comprises: a paint storage unit comprising a first main ingredient storage unit to store a first main ingredient, a second main ingredient storage unit to store a second main ingredient different from the first main ingredient, and a hardening agent storage unit to store a hardening agent; a paint mixing unit to mix the first main ingredient, the second main ingredient, and the hardening agent to form a paint composition; and a paint spray unit to spray the paint composition; and a constant quantity mixing valve positioned between the paint storage unit and the paint mixing unit to mix the first main ingredient and the second main ingredient supplied to the paint mixing unit in constant quantities. Mixing quantities of multi-liquid main ingredients are precisely controlled to improve quality of a painted traffic lane.
본 발명에 따른 차선 도색 장치는, 제1 주제가 저장되는 제1 주제 저장부와, 상기 제1 주제와 다른 제2 주제가 저장되는 제2 주제 저장부와, 경화제가 저장되는 경화제 저장부를 포함하는 도료 저장부; 상기 제1 주제, 상기 제2 주제 및 상기 경화제를 혼합하여 도료 조성물을 형성하는 도료 혼합부; 상기 도료 조성물을 분사하는 도료 분사부; 및 상기 도료 저장부와 상기 도료 혼합부 사이에 위치하여, 상기 도료 혼합부에 제공되는 상기 제1 주제 및 상기 제2 주제가 정량 혼합되도록 하는 정량 혼합 밸브를 구비함으로써, 다액형의 주제가 혼합되는 양을 정밀하게 제어할 수 있음으로써 도색된 차선의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.
