The present invention provides a vertical drainpipe connection unit for an apartment house, which can be easily installed. The vertical drainpipe connection unit for an apartment house, which can be easily installed, includes: a fixed case embedded in a floor of a veranda of each floor of an apartment house and having a connection hole having a short protrusion on the inner side and an insertion hole connected to the connection hole, wherein the fixed case has a spiral groove on the inner surface of the upper part of the connection hole and includes a first magnetic body at an upper end; a pipe body inserted into the connection hole to ascend and descend and having a hanging piece on the outer surface, a pipeline inserted into the insertion hole in the lower part, a connection pipe having a hanging protrusion on the inner surface and connected to the pipeline in the upper part, and a drain becoming downwards to be inclined from the inside adjacent to the hanging piece towards the center; an elastic spring inserted into the connection hole, wherein the lower end is mounted on the short protrusion and the upper end is in contact with the lower end of the hanging piece; a fixing ring connected to the spiral groove and connecting the hanging piece of the pipe body in order for the hanging piece from being separated from the connection hole; a filtering net inserted into the connection pipe and having an accommodation groove on the outer surface, wherein the filtering unit has a drainage hole connecting the drain and the accommodation groove on the inner side; a drainage pipe in which the pipeline is inserted and connected to the upper end of the drainage pipe to connect the pipe bodies installed on the floor of the veranda of the each floor, and the lower end is inserted into the hanging protrusion of the connection pipe; and a shielding unit installed at a lower end of the fixed case to enclose the outer surface of the drainage pipe. Therefore, the vertical drainpipe connection unit for an apartment house can improve convenience for maintenance and constructability.
