THERMAL BARRIER, ANTISTATIC, AND SELF-HEALING ARTIFICAL LAWN SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a self-heating artificial turf system for preventing electrification and insulating heat and, specifically, to a self-heating artificial turf system for preventing electrification and insulating heat, which is applied to a filler and a tuft of artificial turf. According to the present invention, the artificial turf system comprises the turf for the artificial turf and the filler for the artificial turf. The tuft for the artificial turf is composed of: 100 parts by weight of a polyethylene resin for manufacturing artificial turf, wherein the polyethylene resin consists of 70-90 wt% of low density polyethylene and 10-30 wt% of high density polyethylene; 0.1-10 parts by weight of a heat insulation agent; 0.1-10 parts by weight of an electrification prevention agent; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a self-heating capsule. The filler for the artificial turf has a binder coating layer on the surface of a regeneration or new rubber chip, wherein the binder coating layer is composed of 100 parts by weight of a binder, 0.1-10 parts by weight of the heat insulation agent, 0.1-10 parts by weight of the electrification prevention agent, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of the self-heating capsule.
본 발명은 차열 및 대전 방지성 자가치유형 인조 잔디 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 인조 잔디의 충진재 및 술에 적용되는 차열 및 대전 방지성 자가 치유형 인조잔디 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인조 잔디용 술과 인조 잔디용 충진재로 이루어진 인조 잔디 시스템은 상기 인조 잔디용 술은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 70 ~90 중량%와 고밀도 폴리에티렌 10~30 중량%로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌계 인조 잔디 제조용 수지 100 중량부와, 상기 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 차열재 0.1~10 중량부와 대전방지제 0.1~10 중량부와 자가 치유성 캡슐 0.1~10 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 인조 잔디용 충진재는 재생 또는 신재 고무칩의 표면에, 바인더 100 중량부와 차열제 0.1~10 중량부, 대전 방지제 0.1~10 중량부 및 자가 치유성 캡슐 0.1~10 중량부를 포함하는 바인더 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a self-heating artificial turf system for preventing electrification and insulating heat and, specifically, to a self-heating artificial turf system for preventing electrification and insulating heat, which is applied to a filler and a tuft of artificial turf. 본 발명은 차열 및 대전 방지성 자가치유형 인조 잔디 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 인조 잔디의 충진재 및 술에 적용되는 차열 및 대전 방지성 자가 치유형 인조잔디 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인조 잔디용 술과 인조 잔디용 충진재로 이루어진 인조 잔디 시스템은 상기 인조 잔디용 술은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 70 ~90 중량%와 고밀도 폴리에티렌 10~30 중량%로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌계 인조 잔디 제조용 수지 100 중량부와, 상기 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 차열재 0.1~10 중량부와 대전방지제 0.1~10 중량부와 자가 치유성 캡슐 0.1~10 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 인조 잔디용 충진재는 재생 또는 신재 고무칩의 표면에, 바인더 100 중량부와 차열제 0.1~10 중량부, 대전 방지제 0.1~10 중량부 및 자가 치유성 캡슐 0.1~10 중량부를 포함하는 바인더 코팅층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
