EXCAVATOR RIPPER EQUIPPED WITH A ROTARY BLADE
According to the present invention, an excavator ripper with a rotary blade integrates a coupler mounted on an end of an arm of an excavator and a ripper blade protruding forwards, and comprises: an accommodation space wherein a lower surface and a rear surface thereof are opened behind the ripper blade, and a pair of side plates on both sides are arranged to face each other; a fixed shaft fixed by penetrating the side plates; and a rotary blade rotatably mounted on the fixed shaft between the side plates. Cutting work for cutting the ground or a road surface using the rotary blade and ripping work for exposing the ground using the ripper blade can be continuously performed without separately replacing equipment.
본 발명은 굴삭기의 암 단부에 결합되는 커플러와 전방으로 돌출되는 리퍼날이 일체형으로 구비되는 굴삭기용 리퍼에 있어서, 리퍼날의 후방에 저면과 후면이 개방되고 한 쌍의 양쪽 측판이 마주보며 배치되는 수용공간부와, 한 쌍의 측판을 관통하여 고정되는 고정축과, 한 쌍의 측판 사이에서 고정축에 회전가능하도록 결합되는 회전날이 더 구비되어, 회전날로 지면을 또는 노면을 절개하는 커팅작업과 리퍼날로 지면을 드러내는 리핑작업을 별도의 장비 교체 없이 연속적으로 이루어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전날이 구비된 굴삭기용 리퍼에 관한 것이다.
