BUILDING FLOOR INSULATION AND LEAKAGE PROTECTION STRUCTURE
The present invention provides an insulation and waterproof structure for a rooftop of a building. The insulation and waterproof structure for a rooftop of a building comprises: an inner insulation layer; an external air circulation layer which is formed on the top end of the inner insulation layer and allows external air to circulate therein; a concrete layer which is formed on the top end of the external air circulation layer; a multi insulation layer which is formed on the top end of the concrete layer and has first and second spaces; and a waterproof layer which is formed on the multi-insulation layer and allows a latticed waterproof member to be embedded therein, wherein cold air or hot air is provided for the first space of the multi-insulation layer, and wherein the second space is vacuumized. Therefore, the present invention controls insulation performance depending on the properties of a building.
본 발명은 건축공사 옥상단열 및 방수구조를 제공한다. 상기 건축공사 옥상단열 및 방수구조는 내부 단열층과; 상기 내부 단열층의 상단에 형성되며, 외기가 순환되는 외기 순환층과; 상기 외기 순환층의 상단에 형성되는 콘크리트 층과; 상기 콘트리트 층의 상단에 형성되며, 서로 구획되는 제 1공간과 제 2공간을 이루어, 상기 제 1공간에는 냉기 또는 온기가 제공되고, 상기 제 2공간에는 진공이 형성되는 다중 단열층; 및 상기 다중 단열층의 상단에 형성되며, 내부에 격자 형상의 방수 부재가 매설되는 방수층을 포함한다.
