END SHOCK ABSORBER OF FURNITURE SLIDING DOOR
The present invention relates to an apparatus for absorbing shock at an end of a sliding door for furniture. The apparatus for absorbing shock at an end of a sliding door for furniture comprises: a rail installed in a lateral direction; a roller mounted at a lower portion of the sliding door; and a shock absorbing means absorbing the force of moving the sliding door. The shock absorbing means formed at the front of an end of the rail with respect to the movement direction of the sliding door comprises a stepped curtain-type shock absorbing member protruding inward to get narrower than a space between side walls of the rail. When the roller is rotationally fixed to the sliding door and moves along the rail, the roller comes in contact with the stepped curtain-type shock absorbing member formed at the front of the end of the rail. The process of absorbing the force of moving the roller is sequentially performed in a stepped manner with as many as the number of stepped curtain-type shock absorbing members, and most of the force of the moving roller is extinguished when the roller passes through the final shock absorbing member. Therefore, the roller is smoothly placed without noises when the roller is in contact with an end of the rail, and thus the roller can be smoothly stopped.
본 발명은 가구용 슬라이딩 도어의 엔드 완충장치에 관한 것으로, 슬라이딩 도어의 이동방향을 기준으로 레일의 끝부분 전위에 형성되어 있는 완충수단이 레일의 측벽 사이의 간격보다는 좁아지도록 안쪽으로 돌출된 다단의 커튼형 완충부재로 이루어지게 되므로 슬라이딩 도어에 회전가능하게 고정된 롤러가 레일을 따라 이동할 때 레일의 끝부분 전위에 형성되어 있는 다단의 커튼형 완충부재와 접촉될 수밖에 없고, 이러한 과정에서 롤러의 이동하는 힘을 완충시키는 과정이 다단의 커튼형 완충부재의 개수에 해당하는 만큼 다단으로 순차 이루어지게 되어 마지막 완충부재를 통과할 때에는 롤러의 이동하는 힘이 대부분 소멸되는 것이며, 따라서 레일의 끝부분에 롤러가 접촉할 때에는 소음없이 부드럽게 안착될 수 있어 부드러운 멈춤이 가능해지는 효과가 얻어진다.
