TUNNEL COMMON DUCT HAVING EASY MAINTENANCE COVER
The present invention relates to a tunnel common duct having an easy maintenance cover, providing a wide inspection space by forming inspection windows of the tunnel common duct on a ceiling and a lateral wall, to improve the maintenance workability of the tunnel common duct. According to the present invention, the tunnel common duct having the cover for the easy maintenance comprises: a common duct main body (10) of a box shape provided with a space therein, and provided with inspection windows having a distance from each other; and a cover (20) to open and close the inspection windows (11) of the common duct main body. The inspection windows of the common duct main body are consecutively provided to mutually connect the inspection window (12) on the ceiling and the inspection window (13) on the lateral wall. A wall surface facing the inspection window of the lateral wall side is formed with a rail in a vertical direction. The cover comprises a ceiling side cover unit (30) to open and close the inspection window of the ceiling side, and a lateral wall side cover unit (40) formed in a perpendicular direction on an end of the ceiling side cover unit, to open and close the inspection window of the lateral wall side. A lower end of the lateral wall side cover unit is rotationally connected to the rail by a rotational axis (60) to open and close opening portions on the ceiling side and the lateral wall side. The ceiling side and the lateral wall side cover units are respectively provided with a cover frame (31, 41) having a hole (32, 42), and a hole cover (33, 43) installed to open and close the hole on the cover frame.
본 발명은 유지보수가 용이한 덮개를 갖는 터널 공동구에 관한 것으로, 터널 공동구의 점검창을 천정과 측벽에 형성하여 넓은 점검 공간을 제공함으로써 터널 공동구의 보수 작업성을 향상하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 유지보수가 용이한 덮개를 갖는 터널 공동구는, 내부에 공간이 구비된 박스 형태이며 상호 간에 일정 거리를 두고 점검창이 구비된 공동구 본체(10)와; 상기 공동구 본체의 점검창(11)을 개폐하는 덮개(20)를 포함하고, 상기 공동구 본체의 점검창은 상기 공동구 본체의 천정측 점검창(12)과 측벽측 점검창(13)이 서로 통하도록 연속 형성되는 한편, 상기 측벽측 점검창의 마주하는 벽면에 상하 종방향의 레일이 형성되며, 상기 덮개는 상기 점검창의 천정측 점검창을 개폐하는 천정측 덮개부(30), 상기 천정측 덮개부의 단부에 직각으로 형성되며 상기 점검창의 측벽측 점검창을 개폐하는 측벽측 덮개부(40)로 이루어지며 상기 측벽측 덮개부의 하단부가 상기 레일에 회전축(60)으로 연결되어 회동하면서 상기 천정측 개방부와 측벽측 개방부를 개폐하고, 상기 천정측 덮개부와 측벽측 덮개부는 각각 외부에서 상기 공동구 본체의 내부를 확인하도록 작업홀(32,42)을 갖는 덮개 틀(31,41), 상기 덮개 틀에 상기 작업홀의 개폐가 가능하도록 설치되는 작업홀 덮개(33,43)로 구성된다.
