HEATED RECYCLING ASPHALT MANUFACTURE METHOD
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a recycled ascon mixture by heating. The manufacturing method enhances productivity by improving a structure of a waste ascon pulverizer, and reduced environmental contamination by efficiently treating dust generated from pulverizing and conveying waste ascon, and reusing the waste ascon. The manufacturing method of a recycled ascon mixture comprises the following steps of: preparing a mixer; heating waste ascon stored in a waste ascon cold bin at a waste ascon heating unit, conveying the resultant product to a waste ascon measuring and supplying unit through a waste ascon conveying part, and supplying a fixed amount of the waste ascon measured in the waste ascon measuring and supplying unit to the mixer; heating recycled ascon stored in a recycled ascon cold bin at a recycled ascon heating unit, conveying the resultant product to a recycled ascon measuring and supplying unit through a recycled ascon conveying part, and supplying a fixed amount of the recycled ascon measured in the recycled ascon measuring and supplying unit to the mixer; supplying a fixed amount of filler to the mixer through a filler supply unit; and operating the mixer, and mixing the waste ascon, recycled ascon, asphalt, and filler altogether.
본 발명은 폐아스콘파쇄기의 구조를 개선하여 생산성을 향상하고, 폐아스콘을 파쇄 및 이송시킬 때 생기는 더스트를 효율적으로 처리하여 재사용함으로 환경오염을 줄인 가열식 재생아스콘 혼합물 제조방법을 개시한다.
