The present invention relates to a concrete structure system of a building and an apartment house and, more specifically, to a concrete structure system of a building and an apartment house, which reduces construction time as a reinforcing bar placing work, a mold installing and removing work, and a support installing and removing work for supporting a mold used to construct a concrete structure are not required, and improves durability by preventing concrete neutralization. 본 발명은 건축물과 공동주택의 콘크리트 구조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 콘크리트 구조물 시공시에 이용되는 철근배근 작업, 거푸집 설치 및 제거 작업, 거푸집을 지지하기 위한 지지대설치 또는 제거작업을 하지 않아 공사기간을 단축할 수 있고, 콘크리트의 중성화를 방지하여 내구성을 높일 수 있는 건축물과 공동주택의 콘크리트 구조 시스템에 관한 것이다.
