FIXTURE EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLED BY HITTING FOR SHIPYARD
The present invention relates to a hitting assembly type fixture apparatus for a shipyard, where a scaffolding fixture to fix a scaffolding for work to a fixed plate can fix the scaffolding for work on an upper part of the scaffolding for work solidly without being shaken. The hitting assembly type fixture apparatus of the present invention includes: the fixed plate where a fixing groove is formed on an upper part thereof; the fixture where a male screw thread is formed on an upper part thereof, and an insertion piece able to be inserted into the fixing groove of the fixed plate is comprised at a lower part of a lower stage; a fastening member which has a female screw thread on an inner plane to be combined to the male screw thread of the fixture, and has a head part formed on an upper part thereof; a scaffolding fixture which can fix the scaffolding for work by forming a combining part at a center in order for the fastening member to be combined by penetration; and an attachment member which has an insertion part formed to penetrate the center by being inserted to an outer part of the fastening member so that the scaffolding fixture and the fastening member adhere to each other.
본 발명은 고정판에 작업용 발판을 고정하기 위한 발판 고정구가 작업용 발판의 상부에서 작업용 발판을 흔들림없이 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있는 조선소용 타격조립형 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 상부에 고정홈이 형성된 고정판과, 상부단에 숫나사산이 형성되고 하부단의 하부에 고정판의 고정홈으로 삽입될 수 있도록 삽입편이 구비된 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 숫나사산이 볼트 결합되도록 내면에 암나사산이 형성되고 상부에 머리부가 형성된 체결부재와, 상기 체결부재가 관통 결합되도록 중앙에 결합부가 형성되어 작업용 발판을 고정시킬 수 있는 발판 고정구와, 상기 체결부재 외부에 끼워져 발판 고정구와 체결부재가 밀착될 수 있도록 중앙을 관통하여 끼움부가 형성된 밀착부재를 포함한다.
